Όλα ήταν τέλεια!! Στο προσωπικό δίνω ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐!!! Δεν έχω ξανασυναντήσει τόσο ευγενικό προσωπικό, όλοι με το χαμόγελο σε εξυπηρετήσουν σε ότι ζητήσεις !! Μας κάνανε έκπληξη για την επέτειο του γάμου μας με τούρτα και κεράκι μας συγκίνησαν πολύ !! Τους ευχαριστώ όλους από καρδιάς !! Ευχαριστώ πολύ την κα Ελβίρα (ίσως κάνω λάθος το ονομα της) στις κρατησεις που με βοήθησε πολύ ώστε να κλείσω το δωμάτιο με διαβεβαίωσε ότι όλα είναι όπως τα λέει το trip.com και τελικά πήρα την απόφαση να το κλείσω !! Την κα Μαρία στη reception ευγενεστατη και χαμογελαστή πάντα!!! Την κα Ευαγγελία υπεύθυνη δημοσίων σχέσεων γλυκύτατη ευγενεστατη να μας ενημερώσει για το κάθε τι που μας ενδιαφέρει!! Την κα Γεωργία maitre της τραπεζαρίας ότι ζητούσες το είχες αμέσως !! Την κα Φανή φοβερή γλυκύτατη με τα τέλεια αβγά της και pancakes,, μου τα έφτιαχνε τα αβγά ακριβώς όπως τα ζητούσα!! Πολλά συγχαρητήρια σε όλο το προσωπικό μας έχουν σκλαβώσει !! Όσον αφορά το ξενοδοχείο μπορεί όντως να χρειάζεται κάποιες μικρές επιδιορθώσεις αλλά δεν μένω εκεί γιατί όλα τα άλλα ήταν τέλεια !! Τα δωμάτια καθαρά και τακτοποιημένα, οι εξωτερικοί χώροι όλοι τακτοποιημένοι, πισίνες μεγάλες και καθαρές, ωραία παραλία με ξαπλώστρες του ξενοδοχείου χωρίς επιβάρυνση!! Τιμες λογικές στα μπαρ !! Μπορώ να πω value for money!! Μακάρι να μπορούσαμε να μείνουμε περισσότερο!! Ελπίζω και εύχομαι να σας ξανά επισκεφτούμε!!!

The room was clean and tidy and the facilities were old. Bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste to avoid embarrassment and no slippers. The service staff was very polite and the arithmetic was poor. Breakfast is very rich and worth recommending. It is close to the University of Aristotle and the venue, and close to the historic old neighborhood, which can be reached on foot.

Upon arriving at the airport, I realized I'd forgotten to book a hotel. While waiting for my luggage, I quickly made a reservation. Luckily, a room was available, and it was cheaper than booking in advance. The hotel is conveniently located on a main road in the city. The elevator and amenities are a bit old, but still classy. The breakfast was average. Overall, it was good.

Отзывчивый персонал, все вопросы решались оперативно, очень хороший завтрак, несмотря на то что еду накладывает персонал ,обслуживаю очень быстро, пока не все номера обновлены , но думаю это дело времени, я не первый раз останавливаюсь в этом отеле, мне все нравиться, надеюсь еще приеду сюда

Das Hotel wird aufgrund seiner exzellenten Lage in der Nähe des Flughafens von Thessaloniki SKG, meist von Durchreisenden gebucht. Zu diesem Zweck ist das Hotel Ambassador meines Erachtens nach, bestens geeignet. Die Zimmer sind geräumig vor allem aber sauber. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist üppig und lässt fast keine Wünsche übrig. Der Swimmingpool des Hotels gehört insbesondere in den Sommermonaten zu den Highlights des Aufenthalts. Kinder, Jugendliche und jung gebliebene Erwachsene kommen in dem sehr gut geschnittenen Open Air Swimmingpool, mit Sicherheit auf deren Kosten. Autos können auf dem Parkplatz des Hotels kostenlos parken. Fazit: Das Hotel ist insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert insbesondere für durchreisende Gäste. Wer auf Luxus verzichten kann, ohne Sauberkeit und Komfort vernachlässigen zu wollen, ist meines Erachtens nach, hier gold richtig.

Sehr schönes , geschmackvolles Apartment , mit allem perfekt ausgestattet. Gute und zentral Lage um die Stadt zu besichtigen.

The location of the hotel is very far from the center, but it may be a good choice for those who will use the airport. The hotel had a huge sound insulation problem. We had a hard time sleeping throughout the night. All the noise from the next room and the corridor was coming to our room. There was a constant sound coming from somewhere in the room. We guess it might be a refrigerator. Overall the room cleaning was good but I think the carpets need to be removed. The carpets were not clean, there was hair on them. The beds were comfortable but very squeaky. It was disturbing. Also, the stain on the duvet was unpleasant. The staff was friendly and helpful. We found the breakfast sufficient and liked it.
