At this price, it is indeed a very favorable and close to the people. Located in an industrial area, close to the road, suitable for a hotel that drives long-distance cars overnight. Free parking is also rare. The front desk of the hotel is very friendly and even a little English, which is not a privilege everywhere in France.

Brilliant stay at Le Grand Balcon - only reason I knocked it down to 4* (and in reality it was more 4.8) was the state of the carpet in the room. Looked like it has been piecemealed together, had what looked like blood near the bed, and needed another hoover. Other than that, facilities were excellent, staff were super friendly and it’s in SUCH a good location. Carpet wouldn’t stop me staying there again, that’s for sure!

В номере было тихо. Вайфай стабильный. Красивый закат из окна) На балконе стол и 2 стула - можно и сушить вещи, и завтракать с красивыми видами. Этаж 4. Понравилась идея с электрическими жалюзи. Удобная кровать.

Clean facilities, about 10 minutes walk from train station and 1-2 minute walk from bus station. You can walk to the city centre easily from the hotel, which is where most tourist attractions are located. Views from the window attached.

This is a very nice hotel! The room design is excellent and very practical to use. The rooms are clean and the location is really good. I definitely recommend staying here!

The hotel is only 12 minutes away from the train station, that was important for me as I was arriving late and checking out early. Breakfast is truely amazing - has everything, you can have it inside or in the outside inner area. The room is very unusual and has this red light option.

J'ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. L'emplacement est idéal, en plein coeur du centre ville de Montpellier et proche de la gare. L'accueil était professionnel et agréable. La chambre était bien équipée.

The hotel is located next to the municipal square. It is very lively and bustling. There are restaurants, shops and supermarkets nearby. It is also within walking distance of the attractions. The staff was friendly and welcoming, the room was quite big, with a kettle and a free minibar. The only problem is that it may be located in a bustling section. Sometimes it will be noisy at night. We stayed for three nights. The first night was obvious. The next two nights were much better. It is recommended to bring earplugs. Breakfast is very good! The interior of the hotel has a sense of design and is very beautiful.
