Very good, very centrally located, trustworthy brand of hotel, good food and beverage, and well worth the price. Overall, I like it and will consider choosing this hotel again in the future!

Nicely newly decorated hotel with convenient location between rail station and place Stanislas. Freezing bathroom and unstable heater in the bedroom.

The hotel's location was incredibly central, which we really appreciated. Our towels were changed daily, but there were no slippers in the room, which was a bit inconvenient. We didn't like the air conditioning because the fuse box we had to use to turn it on and off seemed very dangerous, so we never used it. Instead, they provided an extra heater which kept us warm. There was a capsule coffee machine, but coffee pods were only refilled on the first day. There was no main light in the room; only bedside lamps illuminated it, so we had to get ready in dim light. The shower cabin was only half-enclosed, so everything got wet after a shower, which was another downside. However, overall, we were satisfied with the value for money.

This is a nice well placed hotel in the centre of Troyes. It has a very nice spa, is very central for the city and gets our vote

Inviting, friendly, clean and in the heart of the city of Kaysersberg. Persona l was very friendly. Breakfast is rich and in a cozy atmosphere. Parking on the public parking lot, but in the hotel you get a 24h-Karte for €5, the advancement from the hotel for loading and exit is allowed. I and my family would like to come back.

The hotel is very spacious, the rooms are spacious and clean, the facilities are relatively new, the service staff are friendly, and the biggest surprise is that the food in the restaurant is very delicious and very satisfying.

The location of the hotel near the pedestrian and commercial streets allows you to walk. We had a wonderful stay at The Loisium. All the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcomed. The spa was incredible with heated outdoor pool; two saunas (at different temperatures) and Hamman. The food was fabulous- all sourced locally and the wine is spectacular! Would recommend this to anyone who wants to break up a journey travelling back to the UK as it’s around 3hrs from Eurotunnel
