Pet Friendly Hotels in Castilla-La Mancha, Spain

The location is excellent. The room facilities are complete and clean. The hotel staff are very warm and friendly, greeting us every time we enter or leave the hotel. A very satisfactory stay.

We are a couple and, when check-out, the hotel has charged us 80 euros extra for the other person. I told them that no one had informed me of this when I checked in, nor when I used the hotel facilities. My question is: if the hotel is designed for two people, why don't they communicate it from the beginning, either when checking in or using the facilities? If two people are hosted, then only one person's breakfast and rights are included? I asked at the reception and suggested you to improve this, inform your customers in advance next time to avoid misunderstanding. I ask you: is this how Europeans do things? Is it not necessary to inform the customer in advance? The experience, which was very pleasant at first, has now been completely ruined. I will never come again.

The instance has been good. The comfort of the bed, pillows, location, cleanliness... all good really. The only thing that is strange is that there is no one to receive you. It is a phone that you call to enter and then on a screen to talk to a person to get the information and they give you an access code to the room and the hotel. Yes, it is true that they are there 24 hours a day in case you need something, but hey, I imagine that is the future.

The room is very large and comfortable, there is a bathtub, it is really comfortable to take a bath; the bed is slightly hard, and it is very comfortable to sleep! The front desk service is very enthusiastic and warm, feel the enthusiasm of Spain!

We have stayed at this hotel several times when travelling through Toledo with our dog.  The fee for bringing our dog was €15 - about average. The hotel has a large garden area, which is great for walking dogs and letting them enjoy the outdoors but it is necessary to take care at this time of year with las orugas procesionarias.  Unfortunately the hotel bar and restaurant are not dog friendly, although the bar does have outdoor seating in the evenings where you can take your dog.  This hotel has nice big rooms, in a classic style. We noticed this time that the cleanliness of the room in particular could be better, specifically that the floor wasn’t very clean. The bathrooms are very large but the design of the shower could be improved - specifically to ensure the shower head can be moved.  Overall the hotel is spacious and pleasant, with a fantastic view across to the old city of Toledo and beautiful countryside.  It’s a recommend, notwithstanding there are a couple of things that could be improved.

A more classic hotel located in a small town, not too far from the train station and the city center. There are many supermarkets, restaurants, shops, etc. near the hotel, and banks are within 15 minutes away, which is very convenient.

호텔 위치가 공원 앞이라 좋았고 조용하고 넓은 객실과 편안한 침대가 마음에 들어 하루를 푹 쉴수 있었습니다. 주위에 특별한 관광지는없고 하루 쉬기 좋은 호텔입니다.
