Pet friendly Hotels in Lower-Saxony, Germany

Good beds, functional hotel. No shampoo or any of such in the bathroom (take your own). The breakfast was below expectations, but pricy. The first morning we had our breakfast at 9 am, that was obviously too late, since there was no vegetables at all anymore. Also many other things were gone. The second morning we had the breakfast at 7.45 am, but it did not get much better. I would have expected jus d'orange (both mornings not at all), fried eggs or soft boiled eggs (both mornings not at all), and a bit more choice in bread. The hotel has their own parking lot, which is a plus if you have a car with you.

The hotel was open at our night arrival, no one was present despite the stated 24-hour reception.. Room cards according to telephone instructions in a shuttle, the entire lobby area including bar would have been freely accessible to everyone from outside! The rooms were prepared, but apparently long ago, when there was a clear dust layer on all edges and furniture. The only! The next morning, the staff member confirmed that these rooms should not be inspected, so we had wrong room cards. As compensation, we received breakfast free of charge. This hotel is an excellent choice, located very close to the railway station with easy access to lower Saxony and the the Hartz mountains, close to the historic town, walking distance. Rooms are comfortable and spacious with a modern en suite, with Wi-fi available, restaurant on site as well. Lovely receptionist, very accommodating. Car parking available

We booked this hotel because we were in the evening at an event in front of the body. The room 116 is out on the main street and it is very loud at open window. In the night, the outer lighting is also on and there would be no darkness plan in the room. There is also a standing ventilator in the room. The mattresses are very soft and the bed quiet. The bathroom is small,but convenient. All in all is okay. But we were somewhat disappointed with breakfast buffet. There is enough choice ....of all ETWAS ....if what is there. The lady was nice, but over-charged. There were already 4 tables occupied when we came to breakfast 8:45Uhr. She asked us what form of egg we liked and brought it to us too. But then it was hectic ....3-4 families came and there was no place for everyone. Wurst & cheese plates were now almost completely empty, vegetables and yoghurt for a long time and the lady didn't know what to do first. Cleaning,refining,filling plates or bringing egg food and drink to guests. We wouldn't have expected to experience this in this high-level restaurant/hotel. And it is very bad because breakfast is for us A and O at a hotel stay.

The room we received for the price of 170 euro was the most expensive AND smallest room on our trip. It included a leaning roof right over your bed, perfect to bang your head in. The room was extremely basic equipped. The breakfast in the morning was served at the price of 20 euro per person. No thanks. Having arrived back home we found out that our card hade been charged with 40 euro, despite not having had breakfast. We had a bad experience some years ago and thought we would give it a second chance New again, The worst place we have experienced.

Der Bahnhof und die Oldenburger Innenstadt sind wenige Gehminuten entfernt, auch das Cinemaxx liegt gleich um die Ecke. Da das Haus Tagungsräume anbietet, sind die 28 hoteleigenen Parkplätze auch tagsüber schnell belegt. Ein nahegelegenes Parkhaus bietet Ausweichmöglichkeiten. Im Hermes Hotel hat jede*r ein Lächeln auf den Lippen, vom Empfang bis zu den Reinigungskräften. Mein blitzsauberes Einzelzimmer mit Queensize-Bett ist zweckmäßig und modern möbliert. Statt Minibar gibt es zwei gutgefüllte Kühlschränke mit Softdrinks und Bier auf der Etage. Der Schrank mit Safe hat Platz für sehr kurze Aufenthalte. Der Arbeitstisch ist ausreichend dimensioniert und mit 3 Steckdosen ausgestattet. Das TV bietet eine gute Kanalauswahl in bester Bildqualität, aber keine Radiokanäle. Das Haus befindet sich offenbar in einem Vodafone- / O2-Funkloch, aber das hauseigene WLAN ist stabil und erlaubt Streaming. Das Bad bietet ausreichend Ablagefläche und überzeugt mit WalkIn-Regendusche. Gäste mit Frisur sollten sich, wie so oft, ihren eigenen Föhn mitbringen. Das Frühstücksbüffet ist reichhaltig und wertig. Butter wird in kleinen Einmachgläsern präsentiert, es gibt Kaffeespezialitäten aus dem Vollautomaten. Die völlige Abwesenheit von Musikberieselung empfinde ich als wohltuend und entschleunigend. This Hotel staff deliver the best service, and will solve any what so ever wish you might have without delay and to our great satisfaction. This is top class, rooms, food, service, cleaning, staff, surroundings yes everything is just perfect. We will be back for sure and send our best regards to The Boss, Hans, for some beautiful days and extreme service from day one until departure .

Very good hotel and exceptional value for money. I stay here weekly for work and wouldn’t stay anywhere else. Modern big rooms, huge flatscreen TV with sky sports and free minibar. What more could you want. It’s a shame hotels in the UK are not like this.

The location of the hotel is perfect. Central but quiet and within walking distance of Hannover main station. The hotel has a boutique feel and we were warmly welcomed on arrival with the guest form ready for us. The breakfast,for only 9,50€,was a bargain and is definitely worth having. The room and en suite bathroom were fine. Only one pillow per person was not a problem for us but might be for others.. The lift needs time to arrive so if you're in a hurry to leave then allow extra time or take the stairs.Free coffee varieties from a machine were available all day in the lounge area,which was nice. All in all an excellent experience.
