Pet Friendly Hotels in Qinghai, China

Great experience! The two ladies of the staff have been extremely nice. They helped us in every way they could. The hostel has amazing shared spaces, plenty of sunlight and plants (+ three cute birds!). The room has what you need, simple and neat. We liked our stay very much :)

Four Hong Kong tourists in one car drove to Qinghai Lake and stayed at a very comfortable hotel for two nights. The owner was really nice! To make it easier for us, they upgraded our room to a room on the first floor. The room was spacious, clean, and tidy, with a view of the vast grassland. There was also an elevator. Qinghai Lake was right outside the door, and it was very convenient to walk to the scenic area entrance. There were also restaurants and breakfasts right outside the hotel. It was also convenient to drive to Riyue Mountain. We would definitely stay here again if we were passing by!

This hotel is conveniently located right off G315 National Road, just past Dongtaijinair Lake, and very close to the Water Yadan. The hotel's architecture is designed to look like an alien space base, with pure white, hexagonal star-shaped 'starry sky' villas. The breakfast offers a great variety: hot rice noodles, bread, dairy products, porridge, and delicious Northwestern side dishes – enough to fill you up and get you ready for an early start. It's surrounded by Yadan desert on three sides, and we even saw some convoys off-roading in the Gobi. There's also a Yadan slide at the entrance, which is perfect for kids. They offer 24-hour butler service that's incredibly responsive. We also received three complimentary coffee vouchers. I highly recommend this hotel and hope to visit again!

Great location and very good service from front door and the cleaner Warmly asked us for anything we need and try to fulfill our requirement at their best We requested water for drinking and hanger to hang our clothes after washing and dry with dryer and the hotel management helped us with it. The room is big enough for 5 pax and clean Breakfast provided for every day too.

The room itself was decent, though the hotel's decor is a bit dated. The bathroom's exhaust fan was quite weak. The hotel entrance is located on a slope, which can be a bit of a climb, and the area right outside the entrance is a bit narrow, making parking not very convenient. We were experiencing some mild altitude sickness, and the staff were very helpful, readily assisting us with our luggage. Both the staff and the front desk were proactive and eager to help whenever we had a request, which was much appreciated. They offer a free airport shuttle service, which is a great perk. However, it would be beneficial if guests were informed about this service upon check-in. I spent a long time trying to book a Didi ride that day with no success, and only found out about the shuttle service when I went to the front desk to inquire. On a positive note, I accidentally left an item behind when checking out, and they promptly helped me mail it back.

The two people managing this hotel are very helpful, despite the language barrier. They went out of their way to find a laundry shop for us, and made sure we were OK with the room. The room itself is a bit dated, but functional. The main downside for us was the lack of ”real towel” (only single use towels are provided. For light sleepers, keep in mind that the popular night market street is just below. It can be noisy until quite late in the night. Otherwise, the location is ideal: close to many eateries, the main mosque, and convenient transportation.

The location is super close to Chaka Salt Lake. The young lady was very welcoming; I asked her to show us the rooms first, and she patiently guided us. I saw the rooms were really nice and clean, so we decided to stay. The price was excellent, and I was so happy with the environment – clean and comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was also very good, and every staff member was enthusiastic. They refilled the breakfast promptly; it was delicious and very convenient. If you're visiting Chaka Salt Lake, definitely stay here – the price is just right. It was also a very comfortable stay, and the food was good too. I didn't take any photos of the hotel, but the environment is exactly as they advertised.

The room is OK, the standard of a comfortable hotel, but it is not soundproof and too noisy. You can hear people talking outside. However, the service attitude of the front desk is very good, and they also gave souvenirs to the children. The children are very happy. The price in summer is definitely more expensive than usual. This cannot be avoided when traveling with children. It is very close to Chaka Salt Lake. The Sichuan restaurant next to the hotel is delicious

I drove my car there, and the parking was awesome. The hotel’s location is right near the water, and has a very beautiful view (they gave me a free upgrade to a lake view). The staff treated me so kindly, and I don’t think they have many foreign guests there, especially coming by car and alone ! One of the staff there could even speak English!!! I was so surprised. Highly recommend this hotel, and also, I highly recommend paying the extra money for a Lake view….it is worth it !

After seeing this hotel in Heimahe Town, I immediately canceled my original reservation! Overall, this one is much better! Parking is convenient, the rooms are spacious, and the facilities, while a bit dated, are quite complete. I had a great rest! There are many dining options around the hotel, and the view from the window is a joy! Breakfast isn't included, but I don't understand why the rating on Ctrip is so low. Perhaps there are issues we didn't encounter! The hotel's service is excellent! During peak tourist season, it feels just fine in the Heimahe area of ​​Qinghai Lake! Highly recommended! I hope the hotel improves its overall service level and builds a good reputation, so that it can attract more guests and continue to make a fortune! Keep it up!
