Arrived late at night, check-in was quick and easy, the room was clean, and got everything we needed. Kids love the swimming pool. Breakfast was good, staffs are very nice and helpful. A/C was loud, but our kids were able to sleep through it, so it was not a big issue. Overall, a friendly, simple accommodation , we were happy with our stay.

It was my first time in this city. The hotel is new and the service is good. The location is excellent, within walking distance to the lake, with many restaurants nearby and convenient transportation. It was a great experience.

My mother in law stayed here for a night and said everything was fine. No complaints. Easy to find, clean.

Fantastic stay! The hotel's location is super convenient, the room was spotless, and the bedding was so comfortable I slept like a baby. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and attentive, making me feel right at home. I'd definitely choose this place again next time – highly recommend! Just a small note, the breakfast selection was a bit limited and repetitive. 😂

The hotel is nice, facing the harbor, with great views! Kingston is a small town near Toronto, Canada. It is surrounded by Queen's University, the famous Kingston Prison, and the boat tour of Thousand Islands Lake. The ecology is very good. We also saw snakes in the boat harbor🐍

The hotel is clean, but the room is dark. The staff are not very friendly. There are few choices for breakfast. There is not enough hot water in the lobby. It is very convenient to be near the farmer's market.

The hotel is in a prime location with convenient transportation, and it is very convenient to go to the city. The lobby is spacious and bright, the staff is warm and polite, and the check-in is fast and efficient. The bed in the room is soft and comfortable to sleep on. The facilities are complete and the smart devices are easy to use. The bathroom is clean and the toiletries are also good.

People might not be understanding why the hotel would limited the capacity to use their pool. Yes what I am trying to say? Before you head to the pool. You have to go to the front desk to get the access card enter the pool. Actually, I liked their idea. Not gonna crowded. So you can enjoy the time at pool. This is a first time I stayed in this hotel. Over all my friend and I are satisfied. Their service and hospitality are professional and good. Whoever is reading my comment. We decided to do a quick staycation with our 3 year old twins and this place was perfect! Big pool, spacious rooms with balconies and great Starbucks coffee served downstairs in the hotel store in the morning along with croissants, cinnamon buns, oatmeal, etc. All for extra cost but great to have that available!
