Pet Friendly Hotels in Sao Paulo State, Brazil

Good staff. My room had a problem about a safety box. But one guy at the front desk was dealing with it in English. A maintenance staff came to my room and fixed the box soon, its battery trouble.

I had a fantastic stay at Laghetto Stilo São Paulo. Everything was excellent — the room was spotless and well-maintained, the location was convenient for both work and leisure, and the staff provided exceptional service throughout my stay. The amenities were top-notch, including a well-equipped gym and a comfortable workspace, which made it ideal for a business traveler like me. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting São Paulo!

This hotel is in a good location at one end of Ave Paulista. Walking distance to Subway station and high-end mall. The small rooms might be a problem for very tall or wide people. Super friendly front desk people. Good breakfast

Nice designed hotel. Small but cozy room with a refrigirator. Close to Luz station. We stayed 5 nights. On the second night the a/c failed so we had to change the room. Than until the rest of our stay we had no hot water and i had to take a shower in a different room. The staff was very attentive and did their best but when I asked to talk to PR fir a compensatipn i was ignored. It is not a nice area after dark. Many homeless people and a lot of garbage in the streets next to the hotel.

The service was poor compared to other Novotels I stayed at and the amenities were quite poor. It was the first hotel that didn’t provide basic things like drinking water or tissues in the room, quite disappointing.

A wonderful hotel that truly deserves 5 stars. Delicious breakfasts, amazing service, impeccable cleanliness, and a delightful interior design.

This time I stayed here mainly for a business trip to an exhibition. Although it is a little far from the Norte Exhibition Hall, it is very convenient to take a taxi. There is a Carrefour not far from the hotel, and there is also a restaurant with Brazilian local kilogram rice. I recommend trying it. The overall conditions of the hotel are basically OK, and the service is also good. The breakfast is very friendly to me who often likes to eat bread in China.

Before check-in, the hotel sent a self-registration form for each guest. They don't ask for so much personal data even when getting a visa, so we refused. At the hotel, check-in takes about 2 minutes, after which you receive check-in instructions on WhatsApp. Entering the room using a password on the door is not the most convenient solution. Looking ahead, I will say that on the second day the lock broke down and we could not get into the room for half an hour - the hotel employees were not very interested in helping, but after half an hour they finally helped us (there are always long queues at the reception; apparently everyone has problems) Now about the room - the room is quite clean, but everything is done very cheaply. The sink is in the room, not in the toilet. All the plumbing is very flimsy. While we were walking to the room - one of the taps in the neighboring room burst and flooded the room. The same thing in the shower. One hook. There is no kettle, no hair dryer either (you can rent one in the lobby). For 2 nights, no one cleaned our place or replaced the shampoo and soap. Now about the audibility - it's terrible. You can hear everything - especially from the neighboring rooms with a common wall. Until 1 am, a group of more than 5 people (how is that possible in a small room) were yelling and celebrating something... There is a microwave and a stove, no complaints there. The bed is also quite soft and comfortable. There is a mini market downstairs where you can buy snacks, drinks and other necessary products. It is useful.

The breakfast is very good! There are many fast food options in the foot court on the 3rd floor of the shopping center on Paulista Street nearby. It is very convenient. There is a park nearby for leisure, and it is also close to the Museum of Modern Art.

Excellent hotel in a very central location of San Paolo. Jardins is a neighborhood of excellent restaurants and locals, and is very close to the central Avenida Paulista and the metro stops Consolacao (line 2) and Paulista-Pernambucana (line 4). The room was quite wide, very clean and quiet (which was very important in a city like San Paolo). The pool is quite small but pleasant, the gym has basic tools that allow you to keep in shape. Breakfast is excellent for variety and quality.
