Everything went very well. Cleaning is good. Only observation, they offer a coffee machine in the apar**ent, the machine is from the TRES brand and the capsules offered were Nespresso... You can't use it.

The Nespresso gives a taste of coffee with hot water and makes a terrible noise when the neighbor uses it in the full night.
The check in is slow, maybe it comes from their computer. If due to bank transactions, with the booking platforms, they have not received the sum, they ask you; even with the voucher submission; a CB security, which is cancelled as soon as the amount received. This does not happen in other hotels booked in shorter time.
The location is very close to the airport. There is a free shuttle bus to the airport. Just talk to the front desk of the hotel in advance. A little distance from the city center. The restaurant in the hotel is good. The price is not high. The taste is good.

There were huge lines for both check-in and check-out, and the staff seemed completely clueless. A 2 PM check-in time is already quite inconvenient, and we still had the experience of joining the massive reception queue, only to be told, when it was finally our turn at 1:58 PM, that we couldn't check in yet because the official time was 2 PM, and we'd have to wait at the back of the line. In the end, we only managed to get into our room closer to 3 PM, which was extremely inconvenient for us as we were staying for a wedding at 4 PM.
For check-out, the treatment was quite different, apart from the line still being enormous. We weren't given even a minute's grace period to check out.
A truly disappointing experience for a luxury hotel; we will definitely be looking for a different hotel on our next visit to the city.
The service left a little to be desired, due to a rearrangement of the staff, but nothing to be disappointed about. The room was small and very simple. The only thing I found was the bed was noisier than it should have been.

The rooms are warmly furnished and the bedding is soft and comfortable, making people sleep well all night. The facilities are also very complete and the stay is very comfortable.
