Hotel to be recommended
Excellent experience, fantastic breakfast with a view, very attentive staff, very adequate (basic) room (the large ones must be great), very pleasant, almost luxurious environment, full of little touches, like chocolates on arrival, and a triple socket to plug all devices in one place. A place I will return to.
Instructions on how to get to the hotel were not very useful and the lift from the top of the carpark to the hotel was not working when we arrived. (You need to exit the station on the west side then turn right into the alley just past Carrefour then left to the car park and take the lift just inside the car park to the top level then head to the Ibis and take the lift by the staircase before the gym to the level of the Ibis lobby). The location is walkable to the old city and convenient for restaurants and parks.
Otherwise, the rooms were clean and functional but short on amenities.
The staff were generally helpful and efficient.
Breakfast is too bad, can't eat at all, almost can't see the food, this price breakfast is a bit unreasonable, the variety is pitiful, I am really sorry for this price
The hotel is basic no frills but was perfect for us for a couple of nights. We booked a triple room for myself my husband and our 11 year old son. The room was huge and also had a little kitchen area which was great. The location is great right off the main square. There is not air con but they do provide a large fan which was enough to cool the room when sleeping. The shower room had a shower over a bath tub which had great pressure and the towels provided are lovely and fluffy. The staff at the hotel are very friendly and helpful. We would stay here again
The receptionist asked me for a deposit of 100eur for the room and mixed up 2 numbers on my card and told me that I could not access the room without a deposit. I lost 20 minutes before she realized her mistake. The hotel is acceptable but not exceptional. It is the minimum, ideal for one night but no more!
This hotel is quite weird. I booked a double bed, but when I got there, they said there was only a single bed. It was 11pm, so I had to call Ctrip to handle it. They found a room. Finally, I found a room. I went upstairs and searched for a long time but couldn't find it. Two kind French people helped me find a room. The layout of the rooms on that floor is terrible. If there is an emergency, I will be dizzy for a long time.
Very cosy atmosphere even the hotel is a little bit in the age. The quality of breakfast is good 👏. Not a huge variety but very good made. A little bit pity is the bar not open on Sunday, so we had to go to outside to search drink.
