Clean and cozy room. The room has air conditioning, and the window opens. In the bathroom, there's soap and a 2-in-1 shampoo and shower gel. Comfortable bed. The staff is very pleasant and friendly. There's free coffee and tea in the lobby. The hotel is located a 5-minute walk from the train station, not far from the city center.

The hotel service was good, and the transportation was very convenient. The rooms were also quite spacious. Overall, I was satisfied.

Hotel was fine, room was small but modern enough. My room wasn’t cleaned or serviced one day, which was disappointing. When I alerted reception they didn’t seem to consider it too big a deal. Some kind of acknowledgment would have been nice. Not great location if you wanted to head into the city, was a few bars and restaurants within walking distance. If I were back in Antwerp I’d likely look at alternatives but as a last resort it’s not that bad a hotel to stay in for business travel.

My expectation was originally low because of other review and the picture from previous reviewers. But then I arrived, the bunk bed have a curtain, which is nice cause from the picture looks like bare. On of the window cant be and the toilet seems doesn have proper ventilator except for only the window (thank god it can be opened, though the people could really doesnt bother to open after doing their business. So the smell lingers and even came into the room). Not to mentioned, whenever people eat and leave the food (in my case- they left yoghurt on the table where you can sit in the room. It smells so bad) I was so surprised the fact that theres no towel provided(so do bring yours if you planned to stay here) and you have to set up your bedsheet. I saw people said its loud here because its near to the train but so far thats not the problem. I faced with people in the room itself that being are loud and dont even bother to use earphones while watching video. Especially 1am and 4am in the morning. No common sense at all? The staffs are so nice and friendly.

The location of this hotel is excellent, just a short walk from the train station. I didn’t bring an adapter, but the front desk kindly lent me one. Everything was great during my stay

Only 5m from the station to this excellent room with up-to-date facility around. You can change light color of the room into several ways, which really help us reduce jet lag. Receptionists are helpful and friendly which allows us to check in sooner. Besides, croissant, hot milk and cookies are available everyday and it free!

My stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and very peaceful, which made it a perfect place to relax after a long day of exploring the city. One of the best things about this hotel is its location. It is situated very close to Antwerp Central Station, which makes transportation extremely convenient, especially if you are arriving by train or planning to travel around Belgium. The surrounding area is calm, safe, and very pleasant to walk around. Within just a short walk, you can find many lovely streets, shops, restaurants, and cafés. I also loved that it is close to Antwerp Zoo, which is one of the oldest zoos in Europe and definitely worth visiting. The neighborhood has a very charming atmosphere, and simply walking around the area felt like part of the experience. The hotel itself was very comfortable and well maintained. The room was neat, nicely arranged, and provided a relaxing environment after a busy day in the city. The overall ambiance of the hotel felt quiet and welcoming, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The only small thing that could be improved is the heating. It would have been even better if the room heater could make the room warmer, especially during colder weather. Aside from that, everything else about my stay was great. Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Antwerp. The combination of the excellent location, peaceful environment, and comfortable rooms makes it a great place to stay while exploring the city.

As you expect from a budget hotel, so no complaints. Room is small. Free parking. Staff Gerant is fantastic, super helpful. You can borrow hair dryer from the reception. A fantastic all-you-can-eat restaurant called “Hechi”is right next door, must give it a try if you are staying in this hotel!

Overall our expectations were exceeded, we have been traveling for almost 90 days and this has been the best hotel we have stayed. The room was clean and well appointed. The location is a short walk from the central train station through a safe neighborhood. The staff was friendly and quick to make any request happen. The staff appears to care for the hotel and customers as if they had a true interest in the outcome of everyone who passed through their doors. Thanks again for the excellent stay.

De locatie nabij het station in Turnhout naast het spoor gaf ons eerst twijfels, maar het geluid van de voorbij rijdende trein is nauwlijks hoorbaar. Heerlijk geslapen. Het ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid, er was ruime keuze.
