The space was quite nice and modern. It was clean and comfortable. There was even a nice long couch in the room.

It was my first stay at NH Vienna Airport, and I was truly impressed by the professionalism and courtesy of the staff. Special thanks to Ms. Nataliia Kondrashova for her excellent service and thoughtful approach, a genuine example of how hospitality should feel.

New hotel in close proximity of St.Polten central train station. 5-6 min. walking distance to Hbf, hence a good option for stop-overs.

Very good location with car access Rooms are comfortable

Hi, My family booked a one-night stay for 10 guests (two rooms for 4 pax each and one room for 2 pax) as a stopover before catching a flight home the next day. We drove in from Innsbruck and chose this hotel expecting a comfortable and practical stay for a family. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. At the very least, we expected basic hotel amenities such as a kettle, coffee, and tea in the room. These are standard provisions in most hotels, especially for families and short transit stays. None were provided. The hotel felt less like a normal hotel and more like a bare, minimalist space with nothing to comfortably unwind or settle into after a long drive. The so-called welcome drinks were limited to cold beverages only, with no option for even a simple hot coffee, which was particularly disappointing after travel, during winter! Overall, my family was genuinely disappointed. Given the size of our booking, the price of the hotel and the purpose of our stay, we expected a more welcoming and functional environment. Reception was not welcoming as well. Only the room is a good size. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and review how expectations are being set for guests booking family stays. The hotel's location is a bit far away, but taxis are OK. The hotel's leisure facilities are sufficient and great, and the service staff also provide good service with smiles.

I had a wonderful stay at Lifehotel Vienna Airport. The location is incredibly convenient for travelers, just minutes from the airport. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, perfect for a short stay. The staff was friendly and efficient, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. It's a pretty good hotel. It's very convenient for friends and shopping malls. The hotel's facilities are pretty good and the hotel's arrangements are decent. It takes about 8 minutes to walk to the shopping mall. It's very close and very convenient! If you are going to have a meeting or travel nearby, I recommend staying at this hotel. The service staff are also very warm and polite!

This hotel is only a 6 minute walk to the tram line which leaves you right in the centre. The self check in was easy and handy for us as we arrived late at night. The staff were very friendly. Clean room. Great shower!! Only complaint is the door of the bathroom which is also the door for the shower. Exceeded my expectations for a budget hotel!
