Guest UserTerrible entrance, entry through basement carpark, needed to walk up 3 floors of stairs and no convenient stores nearby. The idea of walking sort of like under construction site is scary enough. Hotel was okâŠlocation terrible.

Guest UserLocation: Infront of a street. Can easily get a taxi. Walking distance down the street to reach a supermarket, laundry and food shops. Part city view and part mountain view in front of my business suite room, best view at night with all the bustling city lights next to the silent mountains. Near Botanical Gardens park where I go for a daily walk.
Cleanliness: My room was cleaned and tidied up well on my request on alternate days. The toilet at the ground floor next to the restaurant needs constant cleaning and drying up. My frequent visitors find the floor mini - flooded few times.
Service: Best service so far was from the amazing lovely room cleaners who were always smiling and quite courteous as they work tirelessly. The hotel's Elements Restaurant staff were also hardworking and respectful. The proficient chefs and sous chefs cooked relentlessly without pressure to deliver yummy food on the table! I ate way too much delicious Filipino food! The front desk staff needs to be a bit more approachable by smiling a little more as they are the first main contact of clients. Also I reckon management staff responsible in receiving communication via emails from clients need to be more pro-active by replying or acknowledging receipt of emails.
Facilities: I enjoyed using the treadmill at the hotel gym. They have the equipment that you can find in a basic gym which is wonderful albeit one of the 2 treadmills was out of order. The hotel restaurant is mostly busy and cramped. They have delicious buffets for breakfast, lunch, merienda/snack and dinner and are not too expensive. Hence a huge crowd from outside the hotel also flock this restaurant. There is a small pool next to the restaurant but way too closed to the dining tables where patrons are eating.
My other suggestion for hotel management is to ensure that the electric power points are safe. All the power points in my room were eliciting a mini-spark every time I plug in to charge my laptop, mobile phones and electric gadgets including the room's bedside lamps, lounge lamp, kitchen kettle. Beware to foreign hotel guests not to flush used toilet tissues as it can block the toilet bowl which happened on the second day of my one-month stay. Yes, chuck it into the bin next to it instead. The room lounge's sofas are already worn-out and scratchy; covering it with throw blankets would be much comfortable and cleaner-looking.
Overall I enjoyed my stay and will potentially return in a year's time.

Guest UserIt was such a pleasant surprise. The hotel was conveniently located at the heart of Baguio. It is also very near Camp John Hay which our family really loves. It is reactively new so it was very clean and so beautiful. The staff were so friendly, accommodating and welcoming. Everyone was so amazing. It was such delightful experience for our family, we enjoyed the hotel so much even the food at breakfast was so good. I would give this hotel an excellent rating as they also treated their guests with 5-star service. Kudos to everyone and we will surely be back. Thank you Chateau De Maisons for the great, amazing stay at your hotel.

Room was supposed to be 30 sq meters, but was 15 sq meters...including bathroom.
The sink drain pipe had just been put in the bigger wall pipe...meaning it was not sealed at all and seawage smell was coming into the bathroom. We could smell it too in the room during the night.

We enjoyed every bit of our stay. The staff were very attentive and always with a smile, even the security guards. The hotel has a beautiful garden, so Eryll and Krystel of the front desk made sure we get the best garden view room available and accommodated our request for a microwave. The room size was huge and the air-conditioning can be very cold but with a fan mode. We had a very restful sleep all throughout our stay with beds, pillows and sheets being super comfortable. The daily housekeeping and supply of drinking water were appreciated. I enjoyed my daily visits to the spa room enjoying the clean sauna that heats up quickly and the jacuzzi too. Baguio is known for its fresh and inexpensive vegetables so I appreciated that the Concierge has shuttle services that can buy these for its guests. I'm happy too that the hotel has an on-site ATM, on-site Ev charging ports and is wheelchair accessible. With coordination, I'm grateful that Ley of the valet service took great care of unplugging the charging cable and transferring the car in the middle of the night while I continue my sleep. Maybe on our next visit, i can listen to the band that plays nightly while I enjoy my fave drink đ

Raffy C. LegaspiStayed for 2 nights at Sotogrande Baguio and had a wonderful experience. We arrived a bit early before the check-in time, and the receptionists, Ms. Kiev and Ms. Mar was very accommodating and honest in updating us about the room status. Since the room was still being prepared, we decided to have lunch first at the restaurant.
Ms. Jo from the restaurant was also very attentive and helpful in taking and serving our orders. What truly stood out was when Ms. Kiev personally went to the restaurant just to hand over our room key once the room became available. Such a simple yet thoughtful gesture was highly appreciated.
Kudos to the entire Sotogrande Baguio staff for the excellent hospitality and special shout-out to âBoss Dâ of the F&B Department. Thank you for making my birthday get-away more comfortable and memorable. Highly recommended!

Guest UserThis hotel has some good points:
1. Great buffet bfast with a variety of food selections. I like their dried fish, omelette, langgonisa, coffee, breads, fruits. But noticed they did not serve bananas. Staff looks attentive to the needs of guests.
2. Have greats restos and shops nearby. Also near the CJH Conference area.
3. Has ample parking and nice garden plus heated pool.
However this hotel also needs improvement on the following areas:
1. Front desk looks like they are not coordinated. Made separate booking for three nights via Agoda and Trip.com and informed the hotel about this arrangement. However, after our first night, front desk asked us if we are extending our stay. Worst, they deactivated our key cards so we have to go down again to have them activated again which caused some inconvenience.
2. Toilet has a foul odor so called housekeeping who took some time to attend to us. They told us what to do to avoid the foul smell but some unpleasant smell still remained so reported this to the team leader who sent their engineering to check. The hotel staff told us they will return but never did. So problem was not solved.
3. Requested for late checkout since our trip back to Manila was still at 2pm. However, front desk cannot commit and said will require approval. We followed up and got no positive feedback. Called team leader and made complaints about issues 1-3 and had our request accepted.
4. Very difficult to book a taxi or grab and the guards said because of too many guests or tourists. But itâs a pity that such an expensive hotel also has no shuttles service.
We booked this hotel because itâs near the conference area but disappointed because we felt we didnât get the value and services we were expecting. Anyway, thanks to the great staff.

Anonymous UserI booked a room without a view, so I was worried it would be dark and windowless. However, the room had large windows and even a balcony! The only reason there wasn't a view was because of the building next door, but there was plenty of natural light. Breakfast at the ground-floor restaurant was included and offered a buffet. As it's a residence-style room, there's a microwave and cooking utensils, though some items like knives and cutting boards weren't provided. Housekeeping was daily. The hotel is also close to many tourist attractions, which I highly recommend.

The hotel and staff were fine . The amenities over the road were excellent. Great restaurants and patisserie. Location was a nightmare to get to and from Baguio centre . But that was mainly due to it being the busiest most unfriendly city in the Philipunes. Not to be recommended to westerners
