The 1O1 Bogor Suryakancana

The best 4-star hotel in Bogor, with a very strategic location in the middle of the city and in the middle of the famous culinary center in Bogor The rate is still friendly in the pocket, but when compared to the service provided by this hotel, it is quite satisfying, the staff is quite professional, maintains health protocols and is of course friendly It's just that I'm a bit uncomfortable with the lobby which looks narrow with a table that looks stiff, like a restaurant cashier, but that doesn't reduce its value.... the decoration is very maximal I was impressed because it turned out that Oplet coffee was provided in the room, typical Bogor coffee that was not found elsewhere, unfortunately local wisdom was not optimal in the absence of a menu for laksa or sotomie bogor The service was very excelent, coincidentally my family and I stayed while celebrating my birthday, unexpectedly we got a surprise from the management 101 they came to our table at breakfast with a birthday cake and a lot of singing songs .... wow really impressed Overall a highly recommended hotel for families while on vacation in Bogor..... All the staff here are friendly, the security guard too. Complete amenities when asked for an additional slipper are also fast response, but when ordering food from the room tends to take a long time, I understand maybe the process does take time. The a**osphere of the lobby and the rooms are all comfortable, but if you happen to be in the room, you can find a room at the end near the road, so sometimes you can hear the sound of a speeding motorbike. Uniquely, in the early hours of the morning the bathroom light suddenly didn't stop flashing then I turned it off and in the morning the light couldn't turn on anymore. Hmm maybe the lamp is broken. When staying here, it happened to be quite crowded, so the swimming pool and restaurant were quite full. The food here is varied, he said, the winner was the vegetable lontong. When you try it, it's really good All the staff here are friendly, the security guard too. Amazing hotel lobby architecture and services rendered. Staff was helpful and top notch. Requested for high floor and quiet room as the venue is close to the busy roads. Breakfast spread was not bad, it could have been better. Cons is the pool was freezing cold, should have been warm. Loved our stay here as its close to Bandung Train Station, it may look walking distance but the pathways are not as promising if you have luggages. Just a tip, private hirers (grab/gojek) may overcharge, one need to be wary of such additional fees etc as we encountered few dishonesty drivers in the city.

We booked this place stayed at kawung villa or 2 storage traditional bungalow/wooden house for 1 night. The place is amazing we are located surrounding all the mountains. This resort offering few styles of room, u can book little bungalow enough for max 3 ppl, luxury villa, or big house for groups with private swimming pool. In our bungalow we have bath up with natural hot spring from the mountain. The bath up so big is enough for 3 adults to soak in. They provided us with the amenities, we have a tatami/breakfast nooks, and the bedroom at upstair with balcony overlook the mountain & fish pond. This resort so huge, so beautiful sorrounded with all the mountains and 1 main attraction is the public swimming pool. Every guest who stayed in this hotel will have free access to the pool unlimitedly, but fyi this pool also open for the public with the paying entry ticket. The swimming pool temperature so warm, since the water is natural hot spring from the nearest mountain. Unfortunately they have only 1 olympics size pool and 1 small pool for soaking the feet since the tempature so hot above 40' c. The pool might be crowded during afternoon time, but guest still can access them till 9pm so u can have a quite pool. The view from the pool so romatic & beautiful since we are at the feet of mountains. U can see the sunset from the pool, which so beautiful. Only 1 feedback for the management, please impove the breakfast menu. Since this hotel sorrounded the mountains and the temperature quite cold maybe in restaurant can serve more soup styles. And when we had the breakfast there the food actually not so warm and the taste of the food quite bland & not intresting. But i can recommend this place to everyone to stay here more than a night because so many thing we can explore from this resort. And there is foot spa whre we can seat at the fish pond, while we wait the fish clean out all the dead skins from ours feet & very ticklies.

Went here with my kids and nephew and they gave us a room downhill. We have to walk the stairs to reach the restaurant and the phone signal was really weak. There was a storm during our stay and the hotel staff being attentive and all BUT it was really hard to get a food there. We couldn't call the restaurant and had to climb stairs in the middle of the storm to order some dinner. Breakfast was really poor. But if you looking for a nature experience, then this one is for you. Oh the tent really hot during the day, specially when the sun is shinning.

The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High-quality room and high-quality service. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bogor. Keep it up.

The location is ok. The staff are friendly and the service is good. The website says the room I stayed is 30 sq. Meter but the room itself is no more than 18. The room does come with a patio which is relatively big. There is a wall in the patio that blocks view (5th floor). The bath room is relatively small and no bathtub. I left the hotel around 7:30 in the morning to the nearest high speed train station by Grab and it took around 30 minutes. There is a safe in the room. The buffet breakfast is ok. The swimming pool is not big enough for laps. The chairs at the restaurant are too high and not comfortable.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good. Shower was nice and warm water, but the washroom is kind of like an airplane washroom. The main negative thing is just the cleanliness of the bed and room needs to be improved more and there was a bad smell in the room on the first day. The second day after they cleaned the room it smelled fine.
