The hotel is very good, it is very nice, great, has a gym and free and underground parking for €8, plus a very careful decoration.
Clean rooms, with air conditioning, shower, dryer, hair conditioner, body cream, minibar.
The staff we are treating was very kind, that it is always important.
The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable.
I would certainly repeat
You can take photos of the old town from the hotel's public courtyard. You need to take a taxi to each attraction. It is not very convenient to call a taxi in Toledo. You need to make an appointment for the hotel breakfast. It is more convenient to stay in the old town. The hotel only provides one bottle of water regardless of how many days you stay.
It was a family trip, of whom remain for memory.
To put some stick: to breakfast open at 8:30 p.m. A little late if you want to make tourism or other things.
1. When I called to make a request, they told me to call at 8pm. In a hotel, service should be round the clock.
2. When i requested for lotion, they said they dont give lotion. We booked to 6 different hotels in Spain. Only this hotel has no lotion.
3. There is no complementary water. If you need water, you have to go get it from the cafeteria.
4. The air conditioning system is not working. The only hotel we booked at with no air conditioning for 3 days. So we had to open the windows, hoping that no bird would fly in while we were sleeping.
The hotel boasts an excellent location in the heart of the old town, just 150 meters from Toledo Cathedral.
Parking is convenient; the hotel has a paid underground parking garage, and parking on the nearby street-side is also possible and should be free.
Breakfast is a set menu, simple yet delicious. The hotel lobby offers complimentary snacks and a variety of wines, which are very tasty.
The third-floor terrace offers a nice view of the cathedral.
The rooms are small; a single room is just right for one person.
When I first checked in and was assigned a room, I found myself having to go down stairs. My luggage was so heavy that I couldn't even imagine carrying it up and down the stairs, so I asked the reception to change rooms. Fortunately, since it was around 3-4 PM, the check-in time, they gave me a room without stairs. The hotel is old, so it's not terribly clean, but it was acceptable. However, the rooms tend to be quite dusty. Dust accumulated in the cracks and corners, and when I woke up in the morning, dust would settle on my phone or tablet screen. Two 330ml bottles of water were provided daily, which was a nice touch. The hotel's location, adjacent to Plaza Toledo, was excellent.
The hotel is very quiet, the town is not big, there is a Don Quixote Museum not far from the next, Zhou Zhou is not far from the supermarket, the Unicom room is especially convenient for the family, impressed
The room was great with incredible views but at 9:30 in the morning on Sunday the cleaning service began its work making a noise that did not allow us to rest, vacuum cleaner, voices, movements of cars in the hallway... a disaster that kept us awake all the time. When we left, the receptionist didn't even say goodbye and when we wanted to go have a coffee, the cafeteria was closed.

GGuest UserWe were surprised to encounter major renovation to the front terrace which reduced the car parking availability and created a lot of white/grey dust best to avoid the terrace area altogether but pack a clothes brush anyway as there are none in the room. Garage parking is advertised in Reception as €25/day but due to reduced free parking there was no charge. All staff are very obliging and professional and appear pleased to ensure your time there is enjoyable. The building has been repurposed over the decades but as a hotel it is both dignified and comfortable. A vending machine dispensing bottles of water would be useful. During the 2 night stay we took breakfast lunch and dinner and whilst the food is not great it is good.
Parador de Cuenca is a great example of the brand but as we are only a few into their Spanish estate and with another 88 to visit we sadly don't have time to return.
GGuest UserThe hotel is not very well located, has no own parking and is very difficult parking**** near. The hotel is beautiful and has everything necessary for a pleasant stay but if it is very complicated parking**** near.
The hotel is not very well located, it does not have its own parking lot and it is very difficult to park nearby. The hotel is beautiful and has everything you need for a pleasant stay but it is very difficult to park nearby.

BBendilaohuThe hotel is in the center of Cuenca, and the city garden is at the door. Walk to the old city cathedral and the hanging house for about 1 km. The old town prohibits non-registered resident vehicles, and will automatically shoot fines. There are many paid parking spaces on the roadside around, and free parking is available from 8 pm to 9 am. The front desk service was warm and the room was large and comfortable. The restaurant is also open to the outside world, very good.
沈沈The hotel gave me a big surprise, the hotel is in the scenic area, the room decoration is characteristic, very clean, not old, the only regret is that breakfast is too little, but the coffee is very good

MMiguel AlejandroLocate 20 minutes car from Toledo city, much cheaper than hotels in Toledo so if you have car is a choice. Free parking nearby and they have a small parking on the ground floor that may be available. Some coffe bars and restaurant on the area. The room is clean veeery big and with a big bathtube. Compliment water provided. Check-in until 23h30 but I think they have 24 hours front desk.
GGuest UserThe price is very high. The hotel is right next to the bus station, ten minutes walk from the train station, and very close to the elevator entrance up the mountain. The room size is not small. The big bed is made up of two single beds, but for a solo traveler like me, it is enough to sleep in a single bed. The hotel has an outdoor platform to overlook the ancient city. Breakfast was unexpectedly delicious, ham and sausage were very delicious, but unfortunately to catch the early train, you can't enjoy the good breakfast time slowly.
