I was a bit hesitant after reading the reviews, but I found this place to be a real gem. It's a bit far from the city center, but if you have a car, it's absolutely no problem. Parking is A$25 per night in the standard underground car park. You definitely need a car when visiting Western Australia. The hotel infrastructure is excellent; this setup would easily qualify as a five-star hotel back home. During the Southern Hemisphere summer, the indoor pool was closed, but the outdoor pool is accessible directly with your room key. You can ask the staff for directions. The beach is right downstairs, and you can spend a whole day there, just like the locals do. The ocean-view room was stunning; waking up to the sea view was amazing. The room was spacious and very clean upon check-in. However, the hotel is quite large, and the housekeeping on the second day was a bit slow; our room hadn't been cleaned by 4 PM when we returned, so we just grabbed fresh towels and skipped the cleaning. The breakfast buffet was delicious and plentiful. This area is a lively hub. Every summer, Western Australia hosts Thursday, Friday, and Saturday night markets, and Scarborough is where the Thursday night market takes place. The area around the hotel becomes incredibly vibrant, feeling like all of Perth has descended upon it. Downstairs, there are various restaurants, including a Thursday Special Steak deal, offering a 30% discount. A 300g steak for A$30-40 is an amazing and delightful deal. There's a Coles supermarket within a 5-minute walk, where everything is cheaper – anyone who's traveled to Australia will understand. Everything was so relaxing; I hope to come back soon.

It's in the heart of the city, so it's very accessible. The bathroom is clean and overall it's quiet. The kitchen is in the basement, so you can't hear much noise. Sometimes you can only hear noise from the street at night. I recommend staying here for a trip, but it's a little expensive.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The included continental breakfast was good. The location across from the beach was great and also easy to walk around the main part of town. Lots of choices of places to eat within walking distance. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

Big room with a living room area. Netflix and free WiFi available. Bed are big and we had a good night rest for all 3 nights of our stay. There is a heated pool but we did not use it as it was cold. Cooking utensils available. Washer and dryer need some cleaning and maintenance . Went for a whale watching tour which is only 10 mins from hotel. Very conveniently located to visit Busselton Jetty and Margaret River.

This hotel is right next to a golf course, and the view from the window is breathtaking. What makes it even more special is seeing dozens of kangaroos freely roaming around the golf course and the vineyard garden. They're so relaxed and not at all afraid of guests, which is quite a sight in itself. The hotel even organizes a paid half-day kangaroo tour on the golf course. The room was spacious and very clean, though I was a bit disappointed it didn't have a bathtub. There was a faint musty smell in the room that even running the air conditioning all night couldn't get rid of, so those sensitive to smells might want to consider other options. The checkout process was quite a letdown, though. It took nearly fifteen minutes because they send someone to inspect the minibar consumption, which was a huge waste of time. I hope they improve this in the future.

Ever since it was built, we keep coming back! This hotel is excellently managed, with amazing, attentive staff. The facilities are beautiful and extremely clean. Our room wasn’t ready on time, but while we waited just a few minutes, the wonderful staff offered us cocktails—such a thoughtful touch! Thank you for the fantastic service. We’ll definitely keep coming back!

We made a last-minute addition of Albany to our Western Australia trip, booking the Best Western SureStay just a few days in advance, and it turned out to be quite a pleasant surprise! The location truly is the biggest highlight – it's close to the city center, with supermarkets and fast-food restaurants nearby. Plus, it's a short drive to the Mount Clarence lookout for sunrise views, which was incredibly convenient for our impromptu itinerary. The room was well-equipped with a fridge and microwave, and generally clean, making it a handy stopover for our short transit. There were a few minor downsides, though: the room felt a bit dated, the air conditioning was a little noisy, and the bathroom tiles weren't as white as they could be. Also, the TV size didn't quite fit the counter and was a bit tilted. But these are small issues; for a last-minute booking, having these amenities was already quite satisfying. It's a very suitable choice for a transit stopover.

My family and I were extremely satisfied with our stay at Crown Towers this time. The hotel is renowned for its luxurious facilities, top-notch service, and excellent location. The spacious rooms consistently delivered comfort and satisfaction. Crown Towers Perth not only offers spacious rooms but also boasts a variety of entertainment and dining options, such as ******, a shopping mall, and various styles of restaurants, catering to the needs of diverse guests. Furthermore, its location is incredibly convenient, being near Perth city center's main attractions, making it easy for visitors to explore the city. Crown Towers Perth is an integrated resort offering accommodation, entertainment, and leisure all in one. I personally highly recommend it.

GGuest UserOverall, the hotel is pretty good, but the facilities definitely need an upgrade. We were assigned room 804, and on the day we checked in, it was about 36 degrees Celsius outside. The air conditioning in our room was broken, but we didn't realize it at first. We thought maybe it was just slow to cool down since the room faced west. However, after two hours, the room was still hot and stuffy. We promptly called the front desk, and when the receptionist came in, even he was surprised. Initially, he thought we might have set the AC incorrectly, but after checking, he confirmed it wasn't user error – the AC was indeed broken. The front desk then reported our situation to the manager, and they moved us to a room with two separate bedrooms, which I guess was compensation for enduring two hours of extreme heat. The breakfast selection isn't huge, but it's well-balanced and nutritious. The hotel's location is also quite good, making it very convenient for getting around.

GGuest UserThe host was incredibly kind and quick to respond to all my questions and requests. The accommodation itself was very cozy and comfortable. Having Cole Mart, cafes, and restaurants all nearby was super convenient. But the biggest highlight was being able to walk to the beach in under 3 minutes from the accommodation. It was perfect for staying with my 4-year-old child.

DDoan TranMountway Hotel Apartment: A Budget Gem for Asian Travelers in Perth I recently stayed at Mountway Hotel Apartment in Perth, and I must say it’s one of the best options in its price range, especially for Asian travelers looking for a long-term stay with self-catering facilities. Location: The hotel’s location is incredibly convenient for getting around. It’s just 1.1 km from the central train station, and you can hop on free bus services like the Red CAT, Blue CAT, or Green CAT, with stops only 100m to 250m away—perfect for easy commuting. Behind the hotel lies the stunning Kings Park and Botanic Garden. If you don’t feel like walking the 300m to get there, the Blue CAT will drop you off effortlessly. The accessibility to public transport and nearby attractions is a huge plus. Cleanliness: While the exterior might look a bit dated, the interior is surprisingly spotless. I booked a room for two, but the bedding and pillows provided were enough for four, which was a nice touch. Everything felt fresh and well-maintained, and I was thoroughly satisfied with the cleanliness. Facilities: The private kitchen was a highlight—equipped with a rice cooker, pots, pans, a toaster, a fridge, and enough cutlery, plates, and utensils for four people. They even provide coffee, which I appreciated. However, there are a few downsides: the electric stove is small and outdated, making cooking a bit slow. Also, there’s no salt or basic seasonings provided, nor chopsticks, which might inconvenience Asian guests. The bathroom features a very clean bathtub, but it lacks shampoo and body wash, so you’ll need to bring your own. Despite these minor drawbacks, I’d still rate Mountway Hotel Apartment as the best value for money in its category. It’s practical, comfortable, and ideal for Asian travelers who want to stay longer and cook meals to suit their tastes. I’d happily recommend it to anyone looking for a home-away-from-home experience in Perth!

WWohaizhishigebaobaoneThis is my second time staying here. The room is spacious enough, very quiet, and the bedding is comfortable. The cleanliness, however, is just so-so; the bath towels had noticeable black stains. On the first day, I ate takeout at the dining table, and when I returned the next evening, I found the oil stains were still there. The cleaning staff is not very thorough. Parking is $50 a night. Overall, it's great value for money. It's a 5-minute walk to the city, and there's a newly opened Mr. King Beef Noodle nearby which is pretty good.

GGuest UserA supporting hotel next to UWA University, uh, to send children to school, and only 200 meters away from the dormitory, the best option. Less than 60 rooms, clean and simple, with a first-class lake view. If you want to live in the best room type, you will not be disappointed. At first, I stayed at the edge, and then changed to the middle. I didn’t want to move. I stayed there for a week and took a taxi to the city.

GGuest UserWe enjoyed our stay at Crown. Their online check in is very convenient. We were promised a voucher for 4 because our request for written birthday card for our kids in the room was forgotten but the voucher was also forgotten. We also noticed they do not offer any complimentary water bottle in the room. All in all we had a nice stay.
