Spacious room with a stunning sea view — nothing beats waking up to waves on Scarborough Beach, just a short stroll away. 🌊✨ Staff were consistently polite and efficient, making the stay feel seamless.
In-room dining available 24/7 was a big plus, with well-curated options that cater to different dietary needs.
The location is also very convenient — Coles supermarket is just nearby, along with ice cream and burger shops for a quick treat. 🍦🍔
A refined yet relaxed beachside escape — highly recommended for those who appreciate both comfort and convenience.
We had an excellent stay at this hotel. It’s a beautiful and spacious property with large rooms, and we were lucky to have a room on the second floor. The high ceiling made it feel even more comfortable, and the balcony was spacious and enjoyable. The room had everything we needed, including a small but very useful kitchenette. The private access to a beautiful beach was definitely a highlight. Overall, we were very satisfied and happy that we chose this hotel.
Four years later, we stayed in the same hotel again, this time to see the famous ladder to the moon. We had dinner on the terrace outside the bar while waiting for the ladder to appear. The live band sang to cheer us up, and the atmosphere was full of festivals. It was great.
arrived after reception was closed but not an issue, you’ll be able to collect your keys at the door step. location is great- short drive away from the centre; a nice short walk to the beach and ellen cove boardwalk for a stroll
accommodation is clean and cosy; loved the kitchen and electric blankets. nothing to fault really. we had a lovely time
Very close to the airport. Though there are not many cafes and restaurants around the area, in house dining provides plenty of options to choose from. There are nice walking tracks along the Swan river. Please is kept very tidy and clean
My room is on the ground floor and facing the garden. The place is so nice and you get to see a bunny playing around the garden. Walking distance to Coles supermarket and restaurant. When the night comes, I managed to stargazing as the sky is very clear on that day. Margaret town is quite cold at night and morning than CBD. There is a private parking lot for you to park near to your room.
This was a great stay, it was very clean and close to town. The only issues we had was the wifi was only really accessible from communal areas and phone reception wasn’t good, which made it hard for us to plan during our trip. Other than that it was a great stay for a couple of nights.
Really enjoyed my time at Ithaca Manor & Motel
Great parking wonderful room
Love being able to cook for self and have a fabulous night sleep
Ithaca not far from Busselton jetty and great walks along foreshore
Walking distance to Coles.
Found the room clean and tidy
Enjoyed the great shower and spa bath excellent relaxation
Love staying there
Wonderful location excellent accommodation
Big room with a living room area. Netflix and free WiFi available. Bed are big and we had a good night rest for all 3 nights of our stay. There is a heated pool but we did not use it as it was cold. Cooking utensils available. Washer and dryer need some cleaning and maintenance . Went for a whale watching tour which is only 10 mins from hotel. Very conveniently located to visit Busselton Jetty and Margaret River.
Our flight was delayed for an hour so after picking up the car at the airport it was around 10pm. It only took us about 15mins to reach the hotel which was a blessing as we were tired after the 5 hours flight. The reception was very friendly, we were check-in by 10:30pm.
The room was spacious and super clean. Decor were nice and cosy.
We had breakfast in the hotel, nothing to shout about just adequate.
Overall, we were pretty satisfied with the property and would definitely stay here again.

YYIM HANThe room is big enough, toilet and bathroom is separated. All the things are good and clean but unfortunately not enough tooth brush, only one inside the box.
The view from my room is great, river and pool view.
GGuest UserThis is the second stay at the Adnate. The service, cleanliness and amenities were underwhelming. We arrived late - no water, tea bags or milk. Our room took until late in the afternoon to be serviced. Qantas crew trump other guests. The bar and restaurant were closed on Sunday which surprise not only us!
For the price there are better hotels close by.
GGuest UserThe complimentary airport shuttle pick-up and drop-off is a great advantage. The hotel is basic but clean. There are several food options within walking distance. The only thing to note is to ensure you check-out at 11 am as they charge $40 for any extension beyond 11!
EElyn PeeThis was our very first trip to Perth.
If you’re planning to take trains or buses both within and outside the CBD, I highly recommend getting a public transport card called the SmartRider. You can buy it at the Airport Train Station customer service counter, located right next to the ticket barrier. The card costs AUD $10 (non-refundable), plus any amount you wish to top up.
Using a SmartRider gives you a 10% discount on every ride. After the discount:
Travelling within 1 zone costs about $3.15 per ride.
Travelling between 2 to 9 zones costs only $4.68 per ride.
There’s also a daily cap of $10.40, no matter how many rides you take.
Inside the CBD, there’s a Free Transit Zone (FTZ) where bus travel is free. This hotel is within the FTZ, with a bus stop just 2 minutes’ walk from the entrance—very convenient. You can tap on and off any bus from this stop at no charge as long as you travel within the FTZ. Many buses from here go straight to Elizabeth Quay Train Station and Bus Interchange, where you can easily transfer to other buses or trains.
Perth’s public transport system is excellent, with buses arriving every 10 minutes or less. There’s also a free CAT bus service with four routes (Red, Blue, Green, and Yellow). No tapping is required on CAT buses. A Red CAT stop is just a 5-minute walk away, on the street directly behind the hotel.
If you’re driving, the hotel has a car park (charges apply).
We stayed here for 6 nights. While the location and transport convenience are excellent, I would like to sincerely share some areas for improvement:
Lighting: The room lighting was very dim, making the space feel gloomy throughout our stay. Brighter lighting would make a big difference.
Water Pressure: Both hot and cold shower water had very low pressure, making showers uncomfortable.
Air Conditioning: The air-conditioning was weak. We stayed in winter, so it wasn’t a big issue, but in summer it could be problematic.
Carpet Condition: The carpets in the rooms and lifts could use replacement.
Lobby Appearance: While not critical, a refreshed lobby and lift lobby would greatly improve first impressions for arriving guests.
These are my genuine, heartfelt suggestions in the hope they can help improve the comfort and experience for future guests.
GGuest UserThe hotel forgot to arrange an airport transfer for us. We arrived with no one picking us up. We had to call the hotel reception on arrival and the lady on call recommended us to get a taxi instead of waiting for her to investigate. The supervisor offered us some Marriott points at check out.
NNaga csc 7First time going to Perth.Had a short getaway in Perth.Stayed in ibis Perth central. The place was fanatic and at CBD area convenient located. Shopping was great at this area.Metro was at walking distance and made my traveling easier. The weather was super cool and nice weather throughout my stay here. The staff was very helpful and gave good advice.Easy to check , had good buffet breakfast.
高高No breakfast at the hotel. We live in two rooms at 19 and 20. Seven days in Western Australia this place feels the most expensive and the worst, and did not dare to turn on the air conditioner at night. Especially big taste. The room was quite large, with a double bed and a single bed. Facilities are not new.
GGuest UserThe room is not big, but the public facilities are very large, with a living room, a garden dining table, and a super large kitchen and dining room. It is fully equipped with cooking utensils, seasonings, and tableware, making it very convenient to cook when you have time.
GGuest Useri arrived around 10am. the staff was considerate to allow us for eraly check in. indeed we really need it after overnight flight. my son was comfortable staying in this hotel. walkable to murray street for grocery shopping, perth library and perth main train station. for muslims there are near to halal eateries like karache by sani , indonesian resto. strategic location and room size was good for 4 of us (2adults , 1toddler and 1 kid aged 6y). overall wonderful stay here
GGuest UserWe had a very good experience during our stay. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable. The staff at the front desk were friendly and check-in was a breeze. The location was convenient for getting around. No complaints at all—it was exactly what we needed for our trip. Would happily stay here again.
