Eating it hot on the spot in shop is best. The noodles are chewy and the meat is well marinated and cooked to perfection. The sauce and runny eggs blend the whole dish together super well. make sure you break that egg yolk and mix it well before eating. They also sell soup Ban Mee if you prefer something more soupy and it is a very hearty bowl too! Besides noodles they also sell curry rice with pork or chicken cutlet!
