2️⃣ Gardens by the Bay ⛲️, Water Lily Pond, and World of Palms, where you can take photos with the Supertrees
3️⃣ Merlion Park ⛲️, a must-see landmark in Singapore, with classic photo poses: washing hair, drinking water, and receiving wealth 💰
4️⃣ Little India, navigate to 📍 Tan Teng Niah, a high-saturation colorful house, and Indian-style murals along the way 🎨

6⃣️ Old Hill Street Police Station, no one can resist the rainbow-colored windows 🪟, reminiscent of the Grand Budapest Hotel, and Clarke Quay is right across the street
🏨 Accommodation
If you're bringing kids to Singapore, I highly recommend the Pan Pacific Serviced Suites Beach Road, Singapore, located on Beach Road 📍, just across the street from Sultan Mosque and Haji Lane, and a short taxi ride to Gardens by the Bay, Merlion Park, and other attractions. The location is excellent!
The hotel has suite-style rooms 🏠, with large bedrooms and living rooms, and a full range of amenities including a refrigerator, oven, coffee machine, kitchenware, and even a washer-dryer 👏, making it perfect for families with kids.
The rooftop infinity pool and gym offer stunning views of the Singapore skyline 🎡, with an amazing view!
Breakfast is provided on the first floor, saving you the trouble of finding a restaurant, and the second-floor living room has a pool table, game console, massage chair, and 24-hour self-service coffee and tea, which is very thoughtful! Plus, you can book for just one night, which is great for short stays, as most apartments in Singapore require a minimum stay of 6 nights.
Christmas Train Show @FlowerDome Gardens By The Bay
#magicalxmastrip
This festive season, Gardens by the Bay's Flower Dome presents a captivating array of holiday-themed exhibits:
🎄Gardens by the Bay Christmas Train Show
Inspired by a century-old American tradition, this exhibit features model trains navigating through plant-based replicas of iconic New York landmarks, including the Statue of Liberty and the Empire State Building. The display is a collaboration with the U.S. Embassy in Singapore and runs from December 2, 2024, to January 5, 2025.
Gardens by the Bay
🎄A Botanical Christmas with Carl Linnaeus
Explore a replica of the renowned botanist Carl Linnaeus' Swedish countryside estate, Hammarby. This exhibit offers insights into his work and showcases exotic plants inspired by his garden in Sweden. The display is available until January 5, 2025.

🎄The Singapore Rail Journey: A Tale of Connections
Step aboard a journey through time, tracing the tracks of Singapore's rail development. Each station along this timeline tells a story—a step forward in the evolution of a seamlessly connected city.
Picture the bustling platforms of the past, where commuters shared quick glances, hurried goodbyes, and the occasional smile with a stranger. Imagine the countless stories carried along these tracks: the dreams of a student rushing to class, the excitement of families headed for adventures, and the quiet reflections of those returning home after a long day.
🎄The Replica of Raffles Place MRT Station
What was once a reclaimed swamp along the Singapore River has blossomed into the vibrant financial center known as Raffles Place. At its core lies the Raffles Place MRT station, which began its journey on December 12, 1987.
The station’s design draws inspiration from the iconic architecture of John Little, Singapore’s oldest department store, with grand pillars and intricate mouldings that echo the past. Today, this bustling interchange infuses life into Raffles Place daily, seamlessly weaving heritage into the rhythm of modern city commuting.
🎄The Replica of Swedish Railbus Y7 1113
The Swedish Railbus Y7 1113 was introduced as a faster, more cost-effective solution to replace aging steam locomotives. Equipped with a robust Scania “straight 8” diesel engine and a turbocharger, this reliable railbus began its service with the Swedish State Railways in February 1959. Later, it transitioned to a new role at the railway school in Ängelholm, where it played a vital part in training drivers for Banverket, Sweden’s national rail authority.
These exhibits provide a unique blend of horticulture and holiday cheer, making the Flower Dome a must-visit destination this Christmas
season.

An awesome singapore trip 🇸🇬
#singaporetrip
Ijust came back from Singapore, and I'm so excited!
In July, Singapore does not seem to be as hot as expected.
Compared with the humidity and heat of "going out for five minutes and sweating all day" in Guangdong, the body temperature in Singapore is much more comfortable. During the day, there is occasional cool breeze blowing and showers, which is more cool, especially after night!
Singapore is a very beautiful country with a clean environment and a good look at taking photos. I recommend some scenic spots worth visiting!
P1: Dutch Village
P2: Clarke Quay
P3: Fukangning Park: If you find the Tree tunnel, you will find this hole. It takes more than half an hour to queue up. It is recommended to go early!
P4-5: Street Scene of Geilong
P6: Golden Jubilee Bridge
P7-8: Golden Sands Hotel sky park
P9: Little India
P10-11: Ox Car Water
P12: Promenade (next to the Ferris wheel)
P13: Old Xi Street Police Station
P14~15: Singapore Museum of Arts and Sciences
P16: Starlight Changi

the whackiest place in sg 💥
#singaporetrip
This place doesn't feel like SG, it feels like a fever dream 🃏
📍Address: Haw Par Villa
💰 Price: Free entry! (Except for the Hell Museum)
Growing up, my mum used to bring me to Haw Par Villa often to scare me into being a good person, HAHA. Back then, the Hell Museum was free (but had no air conditioning). The Hell Museum, also known as the 18 Levels of Hell, showcases various punishments for different crimes, portrayed in a very violent way LOL. I remember seeing figurines impaled by spears or being cut in half by grinders, etc. The crimes could be as trivial as cheating in exams 🙃
How did I not become traumatized from that experience lolol?
Nevertheless, I still love visiting Haw Par Villa. I love the quirky statues depicting Chinese legends and the vibrant colors. It's really a unique place in SG! 🫶
🇸🇬 Traveling to Singapore on a budget? 4 travel hacks for your next trip
#travelhacks
Traveling to Singapore on a budget is entirely possible with some savvy planning. Here are essential travel hacks to help you save money while exploring this vibrant city-state:
1. Leverage Public Transport: Singapore’s public transport system is efficient, economical, and well-connected. Use Google Maps to find bus routes and timings, making it easy to navigate the city like a local. The Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) system is particularly convenient for reaching major attractions, shopping centers, and cultural spots quickly and cheaply.
2. Dine at Hawker Centres: For authentic and affordable meals, head to any of Singapore’s famous hawker centres. These food hubs offer a wide array of dishes that are wallet-friendly and reflect the city’s rich culinary diversity. You can enjoy everything from Hainanese chicken rice to chili crab without breaking the bank. Some famous hawker centre: Satay by the Bay, Newton Food Centre, Maxwell Food Centre and Lau Pa Sat
3. Visit Free Attractions: Singapore boasts numerous free-to-visit attractions that are both interesting and Instagram-worthy. Explore the iconic Gardens by the Bay, which offers free entry to its outdoor gardens. The Marina Bay Sands boardwalk is perfect for a scenic stroll, offering spectacular views of the city skyline. Don’t miss out on the cultural-rich neighborhoods like Little India and Chinatown, where you can soak in the heritage and culture without a ticket.
4. Shop at Instagrammable Malls: For a more scenic shopping experience, visit The Shoppes at Marina Bay Sands. Not only does it offer a range of high-end boutiques and dining options, but its architecture and location by the water also make it an Instagrammable hotspot. Funan Mall is also another mall that is nicely designed.
By focusing on these budget-friendly tips—utilizing public transport, eating at hawker centres, visiting free attractions, and exploring picturesque shopping malls—you can enjoy a memorable trip to Singapore without a hefty price tag.

What to eat in Singapore 🇸🇬
I love trying different cuisines around the world, since West African food is not commonly found in Hong Kong, I have decided to try Tamba when I was visiting Singapore.
Tamba is a tribute to the restaurant owner’s late step brother. It is an initiate restaurant with beautiful decorations that celebrates the vibrant flavours of West African cuisines. (I was told it took nearly 2 years to set up the restaurant and to fine tune the decor)
Tamba also offers a wide array of African wine and the South African pinot noir really caught our eyes.
What we ordered:
- Woodfire Grilled White Pearl Corn
- Woodfire Grilled Beef
- Sinyea Jollof Rice (the waitress described it was african fried rice)
- Shuku Shuku (coconut dessert)
I would 100% recommend you to visit if you happen to be in Singapore. Be sure to make a booking because the restaurant is relatively small.

Singapore 3 days 2 nights 🇸🇬
Singapore is another country that is easy to travel to. It only takes 2 hours to fly there. You can take just one day off from work to visit.
We like the food here. It is delicious, diverse, and easy to eat. It is similar to Thailand but more Chinese. Anyone who likes Chinese food will definitely like it.
There are many places to visit, both nature and theme parks like Universal Studio. If you plan well, you will definitely get to visit everything.

🇸🇬 A Stroll Along the Elegant Waterfront @ Sentosa Cove
Sentosa Cove is an exclusive residential and lifestyle precinct located on Sentosa Island in Singapore. During my stay at ONE°15 Marina Sentosa Cove, I enjoyed taking evening strolls along the elegant waterfront, rewarded with sweeping views of luxury yachts moored at the marina. I admired the unique architectural designs—from modern villas to high-end condominiums—that added to the area’s charm and exclusivity.

Disney Cruise Booking Dates Announced!
According to the official website, the sailing dates and prices will be announced on November 14th, with bookings starting on December 10th, and the official launch on December 15th.
This time, seven themed areas on the new ship have been revealed, with the Marvel-themed deck roller coaster looking particularly exciting! The cruise will be based in Singapore for at least five years, so there's no need to rush to book the 2025 itinerary. After all, if the ship is fully booked, the experience of various facilities might not be as enjoyable.
On a side note, it's a bit ironic that the Disney cruise announcement in Singapore was made by the then Minister of Transport, Khaw Boon Wan, who is now in prison just over a year later.
