Daisen Park Travel Recommendations for 2024 (Updated in May)
✨️ My best flowering tree, Daisen Park
#cherryblossom2024
😘🌸 While savouring our delightful holiday, I embarked on an exhilarating adventure to the bustling metropolis of Japan. The arrival of spring had infused the surroundings with a magical aura, and we felt invigorated as we wandered through the renowned Daisen Park. Immersed in the opulent landscapes of this enchanting sanctuary, we were spellbound by the awe-inspiring vistas that unfolded before our eyes at every twist and turn.
Adjacent to the majestic Mausoleum of Emperor Nintoku, a revered Unesco World Heritage Site in Osaka lies the exquisite Daisen Park. This opulent sanctuary offers an enchanting haven to revel in the beauty of spring's most cherished blossom. With approximately 400 sakura trees gracefully adorning the picturesque Dora Pond, this park is a haven for families seeking respite amidst nature's embrace. The expansive open grass lawn provides ample space for children to frolic and play, ensuring a delightful experience for all. Although Daisen Park may require a slight sojourn from central Osaka, fear not, for the journey shall be completed in less than an hour. A modest fee of ¥200 is levied upon entry, a small price to pay for those yearning to escape the bustling throngs of the city.
The luxurious and captivating refuge has made a lasting impact in the deepest parts of my consciousness. The pure joy of revisiting and treasuring every moment in this unmatched sanctuary is truly unmatched. 😘🌸💮🤗 #mytravelhacks #historicallandmarks #localguides #trip
Daisen Park in Fall
#thingstodo
Beautiful park with a lovely Japanese garden in it. It has a pond with some pretty bridges. The constructions there (a veranda, a gazeebo...) have a Japanese traditional style. It's really recommended to go there on a sunny day, in the afternoon, and take some time to wander around. Good spot to take beautiful photos. A must-visit in Osaka in fall season.

Just had a contemplative visit to Daisen-ryo Kofun, the Tomb of Emperor Nintoku! ⛩️ The fact that entrance is free made this historical journey even more enriching. 🌳
The kofun is awe-inspiring – the sheer size of the burial mound is a testament to the significance of Emperor Nintoku. The surrounding greenery creates a peaceful atmosphere, perfect for reflection. 🍃👑
The sacredness of the site is palpable, and the well-maintained pathways make it easy to appreciate the architectural grandeur of ancient times. 🏞️
Close by is Sakai City's historic charm, where the Ishizuchi Shrine and the Mozu Kofungun burial mounds offer additional insights into Japan's rich past. 🗿🏯
The local street markets in Sakai are a treat for foodies – tried some authentic takoyaki and fresh produce. 🐙🍢 #EmperorNintokuTomb #HistoricalJourney #SakaiExploration #CulturalHeritage

The arrival of spring brought an extra touch of enchantment to the surroundings, and the peaceful landscapes encircling the shrine left us speechless. Tenka Daiichi Sakai Travel Recommendations for 2024 (Updated in May)
If you come to Penang, Malaysia, you will see such an inconspicuous door in front of you at night. Would you think of it? Is a closed shop still a household? Perhaps, such a completely inconspicuous door, you will not pay special attention to it when you pass.
But in fact, as long as you walk into the gate, you will find that there is a hole in it. It turns out that this is a "hidden bar" in Penang. If there are local friends who bring us, the average visitor can't find this place.
In fact, this "hidden bar" also has a name, but the name is very strange, called "the first inn in the world", how to listen is not like a bar, what kind of tricks are they playing?
Originally, this "First Inn in the World" bar was designed and decorated according to the style of Chinese martial arts. Entering here, it feels like passing through the scene of the familiar martial arts movie.
Dont look at the location of this hidden bar. Its not a big bar at the gate, but their business is pretty good, there are a lot of guests, it seems to be very in Penang. Famous!
