The location is very convenient, right off route 1 south. We arrived very late and with the incorrect booking date. The lady at the service desk was extremely helpful and managed to rebookd a room at the spot. Thank you to trip.com.
They also allowed us to have a late check out. Again have to praise the friendliness of the service desk.
The room assigned was not set up properly so we got an upgrade.
Room is clean by there are no slippers, no shower cap, tooth brush etc. Kind of disappointed.
The hotel is very quiet. If you are traveling by car, this hotel is a great choice. It is only 10 minutes away from Princeton University. The hotel environment is very good, and the gym and swimming pool are all available. The view outside the window is also great!
The buffet breakfast is quite expensive. The views are excellent, especially the night view. It offers better conditions than staying in Manhattan, and the Path station downstairs is very convenient. Definitely recommended to everyone!
It should be the best hotel in Princeton, generally in line with domestic four-star standards.
Health: It's a very new hotel, so far it's very good.
Environment: The most atmospheric hotel in Princeton. The restaurants and bars on the first floor have a very prosperous nightlife. The hotel is located on the busiest commercial street, close to the main gate of Princeton.
Service: The attitude of the front desk staff was very good, and the check-out time was smoothly extended from 11 o'clock to 12 o'clock. However, housekeeping was not done on the first night and the cleaning on the second night was excellent.
Facilities: In line with domestic four-star standards. Toiletries basically need to be requested proactively. The lighting control is not very smart, and the sensor lights are easy to turn off by themselves. Other than that it was pretty good. The water pressure is great and very comfortable. I have never stayed in a hotel with higher water pressure.
It was the clean, quiet and easy to get to after a late evening flight place I needed so I’m more than happy I chose it. However in Europe or the Middle East Holiday Inn hotels just looked better than and feel better - that’s why I don’t give it 5*.
Good breakfast. Free parking on weekends until 10:30. Second stay. Spacious room. Very convenient to the mall next to the hotel. Highway 1 is at the doorstep. Convenient to everywhere. Worth recommending
I extended my stay at this hotel as the remodeling of the hotel didn't create any issue to me, for the price I paid, no complain for what I got, so if my recommendation is book it, if the price is right, no hidden surprises, nothing fancy, but a night of descent sleep....
I really loved the hotel. However, my room was directly above a conference room where high school celebrations were loud and disturbing. The music was thumping, the microphones screamed, and I found it difficult to rest. The first night was supposedly a dress rehearsal for the event. I called the front desk where it was explained what was going on. The second night I called the desk again to ask what time the noise was going to stop. I was told there’s nothing that can be done about it. I’d love to give you a good review, but that kind of noise in a hotel such as the Madison really is unfortunate and disappointing. Manager in the pub was awesome. Ricky at the front desk was amazing. I had driven from NH for my best friend’s celebration of life which was held in the conservatory, but I was so exhausted that I really wanted to sleep. The loud music and loudspeakers made it impossible.
Had a good time on date night and we are back for another visit. Returned for another fun weekend!

LLB1170The hotel service is very bad. Takes so long just check in when I was the only one checking in at that time. It was at 1 am checked in. They gave me a room in which someone is already inside the room. So they apologize and gave me free upgrade to suite room. Finally can get a room at almost 3am. It was very sucks.
GGuest UserI stayed at this location twice during my trip & had different experiences based on the person at the front desk. The hotel has a shuttle but it only runs certain hours; therefore, if your flight is late and the front desk doesn’t care, you are left stranded in finding a way to the hotel. The first person rounded up a shuttle for pick up, the second person said I just needed to find a way there (which was very expensive).
The breakfast was hot coffee and bags of tea & hot water, instant packs of oatmeal and grits (when not hoarded by other guests), individually packaged chocolate & plain muffins, and granola bars. It’s something, but definitely not my first choice.
This place is not the best nor the worst so if you want a definite shuttle, choose a closer location.
CCRodOk so first let me just say for the price we paid on the days we went. It wasn't horrible. I would go back BUT YMMV so this was my experience.
Location was great. Right on the boardwalk and an easy walk to Hard Rock when we went to the concert.
Service was meh. The only time I had a friendly anyone in the establishment was the woman who checked us out. Everyone else that we interacted with were either disinterested or perfunctory. No help on where to find our rooms, no help on any services offered. We didn't even get the annoying (did you want to sign up for our card?) that you get in ****** hotels. I guess that was a plus.
From my understanding we were on the ”older side” of the establishment. But regardless, staying on an entire floor that says non smoking it smelled of smoke. both cigarettes and ****. I don't care if you do either but I do care to smell either in my room or right outside my door (defeats the whole purpose of non smoking). Everything is dated which is whatever. but the blinds didn't work the coffee maker wire was too short for the ”dresser” so you had to keep moving it to the nightstand to use it. The room itself was relatively clean although the back of the nightstands hadn't been touched in a long time with all that accumulation of dust. Its design is just...weird. like so much random open area. I guess you can dance there lol. The ”dresser” didn't have drawers it had...like cubby holes. We didn't use them seemed pointless. I didn't even bother with the tv it was too far away and faced away from any sitting area (again weird layout).
The ****** itself was ok. Nothing crazy although I did like that rotating bar they had. But again. EVERYWHERE just reeked of smoke. To use a comparison, at Hard Rock when you were on the ****** side sure people smoked there (i get it) but the hotel side of things smelled clean refreshing and airy.
In the end, manage expectations and you'll be fine. If you are a smoker I am sure you will be fine too. If all you plan to do is sleep there its fine (although we were on the 7th floor and could still hear the music bumping below but the music was good so w/e lol) It works, again its not horrible. Its definitely 2.5-3 star range.
GGuest UserEverything was very nice in Atlantic City. My girlfriend and I had a great time. The hotel was clean. There was lots to do with the ****** and very good dining would highly recommend.
AAnonymous UserIt takes about 20 minutes to drive to Manhattan. There is no place to eat nearby. There are some Korean food. Easy parking. If you have a car, it is recommended to live here. There is no need to live in the New York City area. It is safer.

管管The price is a bit expensive, anything else is ok. Many black people nearby are real, but don't take care of them. The breakfast in the hotel restaurant was particularly good and the others had not eaten. The room has a coffee machine and free coffee, which is very convenient. . Some people also commented that there is no kettle in the room. I just want to say that the coffee machine can not boil water? No borrowing. The overall service is OK, it is expensive, and it is more expensive than my stay in New York.
AAnonymous UserThe room was very clean, and there's an airport shuttle. However, when I asked at the front desk if I could store my luggage for the next day, they said the hotel doesn't offer that service. This is the first time I've ever stayed at a hotel that didn't provide luggage storage.
