"У нас был семейный номер 107 на первом этаже. Семейный он чисто условно. Две кровати - одно и двуспальная и нам разложили кресло. Отель очень хороший, чисто, красиво, потрясающий запах в холле, очень интересный завтрак (но мне было мало белка, очень много сладкого, чересчур, мало есть чем насытиться). Вкусный зерновой кофе на завтрак нескольких видов (в тч макиато, капучино). Десерты потрясающие. Из пожеланий к отелю было бы здорово добавить полноценные блины или панкейки - их очень любят дети, коих в отеле больше, чем всех остальных гостей. Очень существенный для меня минус отеля, до такой степени, что я не вернусь - это матрасы на кровати. Они продавленные и на них неудобно спать, либо они дешевые и пружинные. Для такого уровня отеля это удивительно. И очень неприятно. Спали плохо поэтому. К остальному по номерам претензий нет, кроме номера на четвертом этаже, тоже семейного - нет защиты от солнца на балконе, она очень нужна. Ресторан отеля замечательный. Вкусно готовят. Большие порции. И самый главный плюс - детская площадка. Одно пожелание к ней - поменять качели на безопасные, с них несколько раз падали дети и больно ударялись головой и второе огородите её пожалуйста, некоторые дети убегали. Комплименты от ресторана в виде мороженого это в самое сердечко. Пляж чудесный, выдавали полотенца для пляжа - это прекрасно. Просили купить напиток в баре, чтобы лежать на лежаке, мы не всегда это делали, потому что в основном не лежали, а купались в море. Иногда покупали мороженое детям. Пляж от отеля через дорогу, по ней ездят машины, но не активно, редко. Отелю спасибо, очень приятный ненавязчивый персонал, хорошая уборка (просто феи), чистое бельё и полотенца идеально белые, удобные, не тесные, душевые и сам санузел. Но кровати надо заменить. Это очень портит впечатление."

Όλα ήταν τέλεια!! Στο προσωπικό δίνω ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐!!! Δεν έχω ξανασυναντήσει τόσο ευγενικό προσωπικό, όλοι με το χαμόγελο σε εξυπηρετήσουν σε ότι ζητήσεις !! Μας κάνανε έκπληξη για την επέτειο του γάμου μας με τούρτα και κεράκι μας συγκίνησαν πολύ !! Τους ευχαριστώ όλους από καρδιάς !! Ευχαριστώ πολύ την κα Ελβίρα (ίσως κάνω λάθος το ονομα της) στις κρατησεις που με βοήθησε πολύ ώστε να κλείσω το δωμάτιο με διαβεβαίωσε ότι όλα είναι όπως τα λέει το trip.com και τελικά πήρα την απόφαση να το κλείσω !! Την κα Μαρία στη reception ευγενεστατη και χαμογελαστή πάντα!!! Την κα Ευαγγελία υπεύθυνη δημοσίων σχέσεων γλυκύτατη ευγενεστατη να μας ενημερώσει για το κάθε τι που μας ενδιαφέρει!! Την κα Γεωργία maitre της τραπεζαρίας ότι ζητούσες το είχες αμέσως !! Την κα Φανή φοβερή γλυκύτατη με τα τέλεια αβγά της και pancakes,, μου τα έφτιαχνε τα αβγά ακριβώς όπως τα ζητούσα!! Πολλά συγχαρητήρια σε όλο το προσωπικό μας έχουν σκλαβώσει !! Όσον αφορά το ξενοδοχείο μπορεί όντως να χρειάζεται κάποιες μικρές επιδιορθώσεις αλλά δεν μένω εκεί γιατί όλα τα άλλα ήταν τέλεια !! Τα δωμάτια καθαρά και τακτοποιημένα, οι εξωτερικοί χώροι όλοι τακτοποιημένοι, πισίνες μεγάλες και καθαρές, ωραία παραλία με ξαπλώστρες του ξενοδοχείου χωρίς επιβάρυνση!! Τιμες λογικές στα μπαρ !! Μπορώ να πω value for money!! Μακάρι να μπορούσαμε να μείνουμε περισσότερο!! Ελπίζω και εύχομαι να σας ξανά επισκεφτούμε!!!

The service was of a very low standard, with staff who were unwilling and unable to answer questions. For example, there's no room service, and the reception denied that they could even provide takeout food for children. All the restaurants close early, by 9:30 PM at the latest. The pool and beach/pool bar close at 6:00 PM. They make mistakes with coffee orders on the beach and shamelessly bring you coffees that have been sitting at another table for 40 minutes. The cleanliness of the area is mediocre. Overall, it was a negative experience despite the nice location. A shame, I don't recommend it for relaxation and enjoyment.

I was put in the room 508, the dirty balcony door was not closed and the curtains were hanging. The bed stuck on the wall with no easy access to light, the furniture old... At least the room and the bathroom were clean.

I recently spent a few nights at this adults-only sanctuary, and it was a highly relaxing experience overall.The Good:The modern, boho-chic architecture blends beautifully with the surrounding olive groves and the gorgeous views of the Aegean Sea. The entire property is exceptionally clean, and the rooms feel brand new, fresh, and very comfortable. I particularly loved the main swimming pools and the wellness vibe—taking the morning yoga and pilates classes with a view of the sea was a true highlight. The staff are also incredibly welcoming, polite, and always eager to help.Room for Improvement:While the breakfast buffet was good, the variety of the hot food selections could be slightly improved for a luxury resort. Additionally, since the property is still relatively new, you can occasionally spot minor service delays during peak hours at the restaurant.That being said, it is an amazing place for anyone looking for ”barefoot luxury” and peace away from the crowds. I would definitely consider coming back!

I had a wonderful 3 days stay:) The room was spacious, clean, with a modern touch, a comfortable mattress which is very important for my back. Everything felt new and thoughtfully equipped, with great appliances (small kitchen fully equipped plus a coffee machine) that made the stay even more comfortable. The bathroom was superb. The location couldn’t have been better — right in the heart of the city, within walking distance of major attractions. There were plenty of cafes, restaurants, and shops just around the corner, which made exploring Thessaloniki easy and enjoyable. There is no reception desk, all the details are sent via email or WhatsApp and as I have some questions upon arrival special thanks to Anastasia, who provided clear and helpful instructions that made everything smooth from the start. Overall, it’s a perfect choice for anyone visiting the city, whether for leisure or business. I’d happily definitely stay here again!

The receptionist Penny was super helpful. We had problems in our journey to Ammouliani and we almost didn't make it but we called to the hotel and Penny helped us and saved our trip. And even during our stay she remained kind and helpful by suggesting us places to have dinner. She was always smiling and speaking to other guests. I guess everybody loves her because she's super amazing. Our room was very nice and bed was super comfy. We were welcomed with an unexpected drink when we got to the hotel, which was very nice. The only cons I can think of was the shower, since it was an open shower it created a pool in our bathroom We went to check the private beach but didn't swim, but is seemed very nice for an sunset swim.

The hotel is in a great location. It takes only 20 minutes to walk to the beach. There is a supermarket downstairs. It is very convenient. The hotel rooms are well-equipped. The breakfast is also good. I will stay here again next time.
