"Our family room had an inner-facing window, so the view wasn't as good as a scenic room! However, the smart home features throughout were super convenient! The toilet was also smart, and there were even drinks in the fridge. The value for money during the off-season was great, and the location was excellent. We could walk to the Ancient Culture Street and the Italian Style Area! During the day, we watched the seagulls at Jin'gang Bridge, and at night, we saw the Tianjin Eye light up! Loved it! The only downside was that the room was too hot, with a duvet and feather pillows plus air conditioning, it felt like 26 degrees Celsius in the summer!"

"## Facilities We booked two rooms which were unfortunately on different floors, a minor inconvenience. On the positive side, the key card system, which only allowed access to one's own floor, offered excellent security. The rooms also featured smart controls. ## Cleanliness The rooms were spotlessly clean and well-maintained. ## Service The staff were incredibly warm, attentive, and provided exceptional service. ## Location The hotel boasts an excellent location, with a subway entrance and bus stops right outside, making travel to the city center incredibly convenient. "Traveling with my sister and two kids, the hotel's underground parking was incredibly convenient since we drove ourselves. We had a lot of luggage, and the security guard was a huge help, carrying it to the front desk. Later that night, when the robot delivery service was overwhelmed, he even brought our food to the room – truly grateful for his help! We were exhausted after driving in from Binhai New Area, and the spacious bathtub, hidden behind the curtain with a view of the night cityscape, was perfect for a relaxing soak. The hotel is just a few minutes' walk from the Italian Style Street, making it easy to find a unique restaurant, enjoy the evening breeze along the Hai River on the way back, and even take the kids to the nearby Ferris wheel. The breakfast selection was extensive. We'll definitely stay here again next time we're in Tianjin."

"I was very satisfied with the room. The hotel is right by a subway station, very close to the Tianjin Eye and Tianjin Station, which made getting around super convenient. Initially, I had a room without a window, but for an extra 100, I was able to get one with a window. They were really accommodating and showed us several rooms until we found one that suited us. It was very clean, which made for a comfortable stay. The only minor issue was that the air conditioning wasn't very warm, so it was a bit chilly when I woke up. Breakfast was also good, I really enjoyed it."

"This is our third time staying at Pan Pacific Tianjin. A big shout-out to Tang Qian, the supervisor at breakfast, for her superb service! She not only met our needs but also made sure we felt well taken care of. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with fresh ingredients and attentive service – we were very satisfied. During the Chinese New Year, they even added Tianjin's famous local snacks, like steamed pear cake and tea soup, right outside the restaurant. The Executive Lounge had a great variety of food, and there was a young male server who was particularly enthusiastic and thoughtful. We were upgraded to an Ultraman themed room upon check-in, and the kids absolutely loved the giant Ultraman inside!"

"The breakfast was absolutely fantastic, truly commendable! The pancakes and wontons were the best I've ever had at a hotel breakfast. Each room also came with two complimentary Cokes and Sprites, and the room itself was spacious with good natural light. The location was excellent too. "The hotel has send off service to the hotel. There is also a convenient store and several restaurants nearby. However, the staff I met on the day I left the hotel was not helpful. I am not Chinese and had no Chinese phone number but i needed to send some samples to my Chinese provider by delivery express. I had to take an early flight so i was really in hurry to get on the bus so i asked her for help. But she denied to help me which made me really shocked because other hotels were really willing to help me send or book the delivery service like this before. It is very easy for Chinese people to do that. I had no other choice but throwing the samples away because i had to fly back to my country and i could not take it along with me. It is a pity for me when i could not send the sample to the factory. "This is hands down the best value-for-money hotel I've ever stayed in. First off, its city center location is incredibly convenient, right next to the train station, just a 12-minute walk away. Secondly, the hotel occupies floors 47 to 51 of the Maoye Building. I was on the 50th floor, and the night view of Tianjin from my window was absolutely stunning – perfect for my social media! LloujylAmazing stay at this hotel - I would travel to Tianjin again for this hotel alone. First of all, I want to thank the lovely staff at the reception for helping me find my parcel on my last day. They were super helpful and helped me call the delivery man to guide them to the hotel, and when the parcel arrived, they sent it to my room via robot - insane service that only seems to happen in China! The hotel itself is located in a great area, it is a bit tucked/hidden from the main road but there is big enough signage to show the way for taxi drivers. Ordered multiple ******* and they never failed to reach us. It’s a short walk away from the famous Shizilin Bridge (Lion Forest Bridge) where you can see the old grandpa’s swimming in the river during the day. It’s also got a nice view of the Tianjin Eye and another famous bridge, Jingang Bridge. Could see it from our hotel room window on the 13th floor. The lobby is very grand and has ample seating with private booth style seats for calls etc. The room itself was modern and clean. Mattress was comfortable and they have one memory foam pillow for each bed. TV was large with many channels, there was also a large Bluetooth speak bar which was a great addition. The bathroom was big enough to dance in! Electric toilet and huge shower room - both separated. Free laundry room, with detergent provided. You can also request the hotel to load your laundry for you but we did not need that service. Breakfast was good and simple. It’s situated on the 16th floor, same with the gym and laundry room. On checkout they gifted a Tianjin fridge magnet, which saved me from purchasing one myself x One thing to note, they don’t have signs for housekeeping in the room, so if you require cleaning service you can let the front desk know before you leave the hotel. But they tell you that upon check-in. Have always wanted to try the Crystal Orange hotel chains, so glad it was this one! Cant wait to visit Tianjin again 💕

GGuest UserIf you have an early flight this is a good hotel to stay at as it’s only 15 minutes from the airport. The room was clean and the staff very friendly. My only problem was they had smoking rooms/floors and even though we had a non-smoking room there were some guests who still smoked in the stairwells. This is not the hotel’s fault but should be mentioned in case one cannot stand the smell of smoke. There is not much for food around the area but for a 5-10 minute taxi ride you can get to an area with more options including some western options if you desire that type.

GGuest UserAwful, terrible and unbelievable! Extremely disappointed with this hotel! Originally we booked another hotel in the city centre, but after considering that we only had around 18hours for the stay due to our flight connection, we decided to book a hotel nearby the airport. We booked our room that was with the window facing hallway. When we entered, we were happy about the room's cleanliness and its new interior, although they only offered the basic amenities that were toothbrush and a hair comb. They were good enough for us as we had our own other toilet amenities like ear buds. They also offered two types of tea bags. After checking-in, we left the room and went out. Then the nightmare started after our return. First of all, after using the toilet, the toilet could not be flushed and was blocked. In addition, the air conditioning in the room was not giving cold air but rather only giving heat. We had to call to the reception. We understood that it was late in the night, around 1am mid night, so we expected no one would be able to fix the toilet and though we only had a few hours ie 5hrs to be in the room before checking out, reception asked us to change the room. We informed about the air conditioning as well and what we got told was we had to turn on the air conditioning for which we did. The answer was not helpful. They changed our room to another room which was just right next door to the original one. The air conditioning situation was the same. (Photos were attached, pls note the temperature in the room) As we mentioned earlier, we had to leave hotel by 630am and we didn't bother to ask any question again. Obviously, we could not sleep due to the heat in the room. Secondly, we left the room and went down for the pick up. Hotel offered free drop off/pick up service to/from the airport and shared with others. We appreciated that service. However, if knowing our pick up service was shared, shouldn't the hotel check in advance if the vehicle had enough space to accommodate all suitcases?? As if the hotel wanted to provide this thoughtful and heartfelt service. No one asked when we booked the drop off service. The vehicle on that morning was only shared by another guest with his one suitcase. We could not accommodate our four suitcases including 2big and 2small suitcases. Though the driver insisted his vehicle could fit. It took time to arrange the space on that vehicle neither we would get comfortable by sitting in such limited space. We did not want the other guest to wait. We decided to call our own transport which was fine as the cost was often at a good price in China. Lastly, knowing our departure from the hotel would cost us to miss the breakfast provided by the hotel, when we checked in, we purposely declined to receive the breakfast vouchers. However, the hotel was nice enough to provide a take away bag with breakfast for us when we checked out. But the most hilarious thing was that they only provide One breakfast and the fact that we should entitled TWO breakfast. Once again, if the hotel wanted to provide such a thoughtful and heartfelt service, they would have done the job better rather than just giving and not doing them properly neither in a much detailed efforts. All of these led us to write our first lifetime negative comment. We hate to do it but we had to express how terrible it was on our first time visit and stay at this hotel in Tianjin. PLS NOTE: Our room reached 30 Degrees Celsius and the so called Air Conditioning was ON.

GGuest UserSt Regis is one of the best rated hotels and, after checking in, it isn’t hard to see why. The room was modern and very spacious. The location is right in the centre of Tianjin’s CBD, next to the Hai River, one of Tianjin’s most famous landmarks. One of the other highlights is the 24 hour butler service. The team, especially Wendy, made sure to provide personalised and bespoke service. She, and the team, was always friendly and super responsive. Oh, and the view from the room is pretty amazing too.

ZZangxiaoxiThe hotel environment was fantastic, and the area around it was very lively. The front desk staff were incredibly enthusiastic and patiently helped us book crosstalk tickets and gave us directions. We're very grateful; the crosstalk show was excellent, and we laughed the whole way through. We also enjoyed a lot of delicious food, making it a very happy trip. The room was also great—clean, hygienic, and very spacious. We loved it!

TTangchaopiaoziIt's been ten years since I last visited Tianjin, and it has changed so much! I only had three days, so I chose this Four Seasons hotel, which is located right above a subway station in the bustling downtown area. Overall, I was very satisfied. Facilities: The room space was ample, and the functional areas were particularly well-divided. The pillows were just to my liking, and the most thoughtful touch was the heated floor in the bathroom – it felt so good to come back to after a cold day out. Environment: There were quite a few construction sites downstairs, and two apartment buildings across the street. However, the night view and city lights looking towards Tianjin Station were absolutely beautiful. The location is unbeatable; it's convenient to get anywhere by subway or taxi. For someone who grew up strolling along Binjiang Road, it felt like coming home. Service: From getting out of the car to taking the elevators, I felt well taken care of every time. The front desk staff were also very thoughtful and attentive. I absolutely loved Tianjin!

GGuest UserHotel is situated at a very convenient location with the main shopping street 滨江道 opposite. There are also plenty of shopping malls and restaurants nearby. Initially I was worried about the central heating during winter (Nov to Mar) which there is no cooling from their aircon, and it worsen when i was checking in when there are people checking out due to too hot. But our receptionist has arrange a cooler room for us where it does not face the sun and also has a humidifier that can put ice inside for cooling. Furthermore there is a small window on top that can be opened and with the high level, the room is cold and comfortable. The room is beautiful and huge and well kept by the room service everyday. The bathroom is huge with a huge bathtub which my kids love and the scenery is beautiful. ******* food delivery is also convenient as they got robot to send up. All in all, the room is very valuable for the price and i really love every single night in the hotel.

GGuest UserI stayed here for one night while driving during the Chinese New Year. The hotel facilities are pretty good, clean and smell-free, and the bed in the standard room is also very big, with a bed of 1.35 meters. The transportation is convenient, just off the highway.
