The basic hardware facilities were well worth the price. However, the room was a bit warm, maintained at a constant 26-27 degrees Celsius, which was uncomfortable for me as I don't like heat. Breakfast was quite simple. Environment: It has an independent street-facing entrance. The lobby was bright and well-decorated, and check-in was quite fast and smooth throughout. There's a highly-rated restaurant right next door that was quite busy, but the food tasted good. Service: Items I called for were delivered quickly. They also allowed me a late check-out because my car needed charging."

On the positive side, the key card system, which only allowed access to one's own floor, offered excellent security. "This hotel is located right above Exit D of Tianjin Metro Line 3, making its transportation extremely convenient. Binjiang Avenue is right in front of the hotel, and one intersection away is Jiefang North Road. Following Jiefang North Road for another intersection leads directly to the Haihe River and Jiefang Bridge. Across the bridge are the Century Clock and Tianjin Railway Station, all within easy walking distance. The room we stayed in wasn't large, but it was clean and tidy, and the breakfast selection was also quite rich. Overall, it was a very good experience. Additionally, our room faced southwest, so we had a perfect view of the thick black smoke from the fire at Guli Hua'er Xinjiang Restaurant on Binjiang Avenue on January 2nd in Tianjin.😅"

"Our family chose Pan Pacific for our New Year's Day trip to Tianjin, mainly because of its spacious rooms and good location. I was initially worried that the hotel might be old and the facilities outdated, but it turned out to be quite decent, especially since my parents were satisfied. We booked two 'Gendu Style King Rooms' and the front desk kindly arranged for them to be next to each other, which was very convenient for a family like ours. From the room window, you can catch a glimpse of the Tianjin Eye if you find the right angle. While the facilities are a bit dated, everything was clean and tidy. The breakfast was the highlight – really abundant, and the freshly baked waffles were super delicious. My parents particularly enjoyed the 'Jianbing Guozi' (a local savory crepe). The service was also excellent. My child got acute gastroenteritis during our stay in Tianjin and vomited in the breakfast restaurant. A male manager in the lobby promptly helped clean it up and even packed a lot of food for us when he saw we hadn't eaten well, which was very thoughtful. The only downside was that during the holiday, there were many tourists and fewer housekeeping staff, so they were a bit overwhelmed, and response times were sometimes slow. It would be great if this could be improved."

"If you're ever in Tianjin, you absolutely have to stay at the Atour Hotel Tianjin West Railway Station. It's super convenient to get around from there, and you've got everything you need for dining, entertainment, and shopping right nearby. The cleaning staff upstairs are amazing – they're always prompt and keep everything spotless. And because the air conditioning in the hotel works so well, the aunties even give you extra water bottles!"

"The hotel has send off service to the hotel. There is also a convenient store and several restaurants nearby. However, the staff I met on the day I left the hotel was not helpful. I am not Chinese and had no Chinese phone number but i needed to send some samples to my Chinese provider by delivery express. I had to take an early flight so i was really in hurry to get on the bus so i asked her for help. But she denied to help me which made me really shocked because other hotels were really willing to help me send or book the delivery service like this before. It is very easy for Chinese people to do that. I had no other choice but throwing the samples away because i had to fly back to my country and i could not take it along with me. It is a pity for me when i could not send the sample to the factory. I will not be back to this hotel again. 酒店有接送机场服务，附近有1个方便店和几个餐厅. 但是我非常不满意今天早上前台的态度.我是外国人，也没有中国电话号码所以不能寄快递。我就问前台人员能不能帮忙帮把样品寄给中国供货商，当然费用是我承担的.她居然拒绝帮忙。我很惊讶，以前在别的酒店他们都很愿意帮忙这样的，因为是很简单的事. 同时，我要赶到机场，样品也不能带上飞机，所以没办法就把它们扔了。我一想到就感到遗憾的.不会再订这个酒店了."

"Seasons is Seasons, the room facilities and services are as considerate as always, and the room view is also open! The two waitresses surnamed Wang and Yu at the front desk were sincere and attentive, and gave us a lot of suggestions on accommodation and surrounding travel and food. When the cleaning lady cleaned the room, she saw that I was washing clothes by hand, and she specially left a bag of laundry detergent and a note, which is worthy of praise. In terms of breakfast, my husband and I have stayed in Seasons when traveling in more than ten or twenty cities in China, but this breakfast is the most abundant and has the most choices; the Dragon Boat Festival is approaching, and there are even glutinous rice dumplings for the festival😋! The location is very convenient, only a five-minute walk from Tianjin West Railway Station, and there is a subway station downstairs, so it is very convenient to go anywhere👍!"

My friends stayed in a family room upstairs, and their view was also great! The night view of Tianjin is truly beautiful! I took some lovely photos from upstairs. Before arriving, I called to confirm my reservation and ask about any room type preferences. The service was excellent!"
