Owner are very friendly & helpful to provide extra service to support my beautiful experience. When the couple is so kind to suggest the best available way to go to airport & make me save money. At the same time the suggestion me to go one hot spring which to me is an unforgettable memory. Before I left, they gave me gift (unscented sticks & post card is totally out of my expectation. Helping me to carry my luggage’s are completely 5 stars hotel experience….hehe….🥰 I felt the whole hospitality is so wonderful & unforgettable to be. So grateful for the owners & met beautiful people there too. 🙏🌹🥰

用心，實話實説評價： 1、衝著這裏海拔4千米以下來預訂的，開車7個多小時衹為奔赴而來。整體硬件在這裏算不錯的，有個很大院子可以停車，房間數量也不少； 2、但很神奇，從前一天到抵達當天晚上，以及離店，前台總是沒人，打電話也沒人接。最後我想攜程的不會騙人，就在沒有與前台電話聯繫上，就下單了。在晚上入住時，前台空無一人，最後衹能打攜程客服、以及打了前台另一個廣告備註上的電話，才有人接。過了好久才有代班的工作人員來操作入住手續； 3、説實話在這鎮上能有這硬件，該好好珍惜經營得更好才是。房間夠大，但清潔沒打掃乾淨，打開馬桶那一刻我驚呆，居然裏面什麼都有，沖水半天也沖不掉，最後衹能拿燒水壺接了好多水才沖去一些，照片拍了但就不發了，太…。太晚了估計都沒人可以給我換房間。 4、所有床上用品我都用自帶的一次性四件套包裝後才敢用。優點是這裏很安靜，這個點贊！ 5、因為高反後好不容易才迷糊睡了一覺，起晚了。有服務員刷門進來，很吃驚裏面還有客人，説12點退房的。最後我稍晚一點才離開，這點説一下感謝。 南木林很不錯，希望酒店以後要經營管理得好一些！
