Very good stay, everything is clean and working, staff are friendly and helpful, recommended hotel for the city of Zhong Shan. Tons of restaurants, bakery, retail ,behind and beside the hotel so you would never have any problems finding something you like.

Beautiful rooms and the hot spring was big with a lot of option. We love the sauna there. There’s this heating stone where you can lie down and have massage. It was amazing. We really enjoyed the stay there for a birthday celebration. They even prepared a cake for us which is so kind and sweet. Highly recommending if you are traveling with your family! as hotel guest you have unlimited access to the hot spring.

Hope the lift can run faster! And hope the bath tube be a bit new. The rest is good and the service is very nice too!

The front desk is friendly, the service attitude is professional, the room is large, and the layout is simple. NOT 24 hours. this hotel management is not so professional, if they can say NO, they will rejected all your requirements. 这酒店硬件不错，但软件一般般。 在办理入住的那个下午，我足足等了20几分钟，前面大概6个人的旅行团。就1个前台服务员，她压力可大了。而她旁边的经理不但不帮忙，连看都不看我与及我后面顾客们一眼。更别指望说声抱歉安慰一下顾客情绪。随后几天观察一下，经常都是队伍长长，可怜那个前台妹子。 附近很多好吃的，由于不想每天吃酒店早餐，我们只订了每天1份早餐，昨天没吃，那今天两个人去看看能否。果不其然，只要能拒绝，一律拒绝。（跟五星级服务倒着来） 哪怕没增加多少成本，而该经理说由于配给xxxxxx，随后说错话了，他说“如果付1份费用就可以”。（这时候没配给问题了！） 无烟房，然而还是有吸烟的人，我们退房那个早上一开房门就闻到过道很重烟味。 既然收押金，也许“住无烟房需要多付押金”能改善这点。 优点：新、房间大、提供无烟房、周围很多好吃的。 这是中山南部其中一家高级酒店，说不定是最高级的一家，很希望你们能越做越好。

I have stayed at Lavande Hotel in TanZhou which is about 70km from Lavande Hotel at Lihe Plaza and which is a well run hotel with sizable room and nice interior. I was also pleasantly surprised by the errand robot delivering a shaver to me at my door. However, the Lavande hotel at Lihe Plaza is a bit disappointing.. For one, the entrance is small and hidden because it's next to a MacDonald (actually surrounded by it) and I almost couldn't found it. The room size is also a bit smaller than the one I stayed before and washing basin must be placed outside the wash room. There's also not enough desk space to put things travelers put their stuffs. The location is at the city centre though and the surrounding is nice, which is the saving grace for it.

This is not a standalone hotel but is inside a commercial complex by occupying several floors of the commercial building. Podium is a big shopping centre and you may find many restaurants, a supermarket and many other retailers there. You may find this hotel good if you love shopping. Facilities of the hotel are very limited but the room is really big and clean. Staff are nice and friendly.
