Extremely convenient. We landed around 11pm and had an early flight the next morning, so we chose this hotel. It is in between both terminals, T1 and T2. It was roughly a 5-10 mins walk after picking up our luggage. You can push the luggage cart all the way to the hotel and the concierge will help you return the cart or keep your luggage on it (if you don't need your luggage for the night). Check-in process was convenient, room was clean and there was a wide variety of food for breakfast. Breakfast here starts early at 5.30am. It only took us a few minutes to reach T1 international departure. Service was good as well. It was stuffy for us since they have winter heating on, so they brought up a fan for us. Highly rec for a layover stay.

As mentioned by other reviewers, this hotel is far from city centre. We took Didi to a nearby shopping centre called Xihai Plaza, recommended by the receptionist (about 20 mins), where there is more shopping and food options. Breakfast is quite chaotic at 6.30am as there are so many guests rushing for the 2 super slow coffee machines. Food queue is quite long and stressful for those rushing for the 7am shuttle to the airport. The staff actually asked us for our flight time and told us the shuttle bus time to leave for the airport. They even give us a morning call to remind us to board the bus. I’d like to specially mention the shuttle bus driver who was very responsible and helped to load the luggage and passengers onto the shuttle which left punctually at 7am.

At around 7:30 in the evening, we arrived at the hotel and contacted the landlady in advance. She cooked authentic Sichuan food, which was delicious and not expensive. The cuisine was a lot of food, so there was only so much for the stomach. Otherwise, I wanted to try it. As soon as I arrived at the door of the room, two cats came to beg for food. But I don’t have any ready-made meat for it to eat. Hahaha, it looks fat. It looks like it is often fed. The environment is good and the price is very good. The driver delivered the airport for free in the morning and the efficiency was perfect. He delivered it to the airport in 20 minutes. If we need it the next day, If you are traveling to Tianfu Airport, it’s a good choice to stay here👍

I won’t say much else, but this network is really bad! ! ! The night before check-out was the worst, I couldn't access the Internet! The WiFi in the house is truly the worst I have ever used! The second thing is that the soundproofing of this hotel is not good. The sound of old men and women slapping whip ropes in the square outside the window in the early morning is deafening every morning, making it impossible to sleep at all! The second is the so-called ”Forest Oxygen Bar” machine in the room. After turning off the lights at night, it stays on. It's so bright that it dazzles the eyes and makes it impossible to sleep well! Then there is the vanity mirror in the bathroom (the small movable one hanging on the wall, as shown in the picture). The screws on the fixing frame are so loose that they are about to fall off. No one has paid attention to it and repaired it for more than a week. I am convinced! Also, there is only one hole in the wall socket that can connect to electricity normally, and the other one cannot be used at all! I don't know how this hotel can achieve five-star standards. . .

Transport from airport to hotel facilitated very well and very reliable! The hotel room was clean, neat and tidy. However, there wasn’t any cups to put boiled water from the kettle provided in the room. Hot water for washing and bathing also very efficient. The breakfast buffet was somewhat disappointing as there wasn’t much variety, except for the hard boiled eggs. The hotel desk staff also showed professional and polite service. Their driver very willingly offered to help with my luggage. Very gentlemanly attitude. Travelling time from airport to hotel was about 10mins or so. This hotel highly recommended. Kudos to the hotel! Grateful for a good night’s rest. Thank you!

I checked in on July 14, when the weather was relatively hot and humid. I felt that the quilts and bed sheets were wet, and I used a hair dryer to blow it for a long time. The next day I left the hotel relatively early, and my daughter said that there were a lot of mosquitoes and bite a lot of packets. I didn't pay attention, it didn't disappear after three days, so I went to the hospital to have a look. Sure enough, a bug bit the hotel that night. Pay attention to hotel hygiene.

The hotel has an excellent services and ambience. It is recommended to stay if you have a medium transit time and doesnt want to go too far from airport. The room, bathroom, linen, and lobby area was clean. The staff was friendly and helpfull, especially Alex. I was looking for my ID copy that is misplaced and he is helping me much on the process. The receptionist are english spoken, too. The hotel provide a free shuttle bus from / to Tianfu Airport. There are some stores accros the hotel lobby, i.e: minimarket, noodle store, mutton soup store (Note: the mutton soup was good). We are travelling with one teenager and 6 years old kid.
