第二次入住靜雲山莊，客房歡迎飲料&時令鮮果，
迷你吧暢飲根本喝不完，服務人員很熱情、周到。房間很大，24小時專車接送，碼頭接車，特別是朱師傅幫忙拍照時被海浪濺濕一身沒有一點埋怨，謝謝朱師傅！服務、衞生、環境都很👍🏻唯一遺憾的是天氣不太給力，沒能拍到果凍海

首先想感謝我們的管家Cutie黃，從入住前就開始了熱情的服務，給升級了房間，還帶我們參觀了酒店。
其次是酒店本身：房間很大，無敵海景以及無敵的無邊泳池；晚餐豐盛又美味。
萬山島的海出乎意料的美，沙灘能看到果凍海！生曬場則有着濃濃的在地氣息。
不能更滿意的一次入住！唯一的遺憾，是衹留了一天時間在這裏…還會再來的！

設施老舊了些，服務還是可以的，最大亮點就是泳池那裡挺出片，酒店控衝著羅萊夏朵去打卡的！基本滿意吧，早餐不多但現做搭配還是可以

酒店最好的地方就是位置很好，萬山島除了它也沒別的好酒店了。國慶期間從碼頭接送，登記入住到帶客到房間，很速度，這點是很讚的。房間103景觀不錯，房間設備也很好要啥有啥，mini bar和水果根本吃不完。中餐廳很好吃，連續吃三天也沒怎麼重複，就是上菜慢了點。這個酒店挺奇怪的，有很好的員工也有隱形一樣的高層。好幾個服務員很好，相反我的管家形同虛設，我好像都沒見過他，僅有的一次電話約車也沒能滿足，考慮到節假日都比較忙其他時候甚至中午我都是自己走路上下山呢。特別強讚的是餐廳負責人和非常給力的女領班，忘記問名字，不但餐飲提供了很好的建議，而且也很在意我們的入住體驗。我們的房間在入住第二晚出現了很影響睡眠的噪聲，由於當晚太晚，而且設備人員已經下班我就沒要求太多，但是這個問題在第三晚都沒有去解決，已經有一個白天讓他們處理卻居然都沒管。這個事情餐廳負責人和服務員都有過問，然而其他客房服務的人員就神隱了，衹有在我離店的時候送了一個旅行枕頭。為了幾個很好的服務員，我覺得這個酒店還是很推薦的。酒店的有些主題還是很好的，比如中秋送了燈籠，每天有安排環島遊。游泳池的員工也可能見的低素質住客比較多，很小氣的提醒毛巾衹能用於擦身，不能用來墊沙灘椅，顯然沒有經過一定眼界的培訓和指導。但如果想進入高端酒店服務水平，管理者應該好好檢討培訓和制定好服務標準。
