Room not so big but enough for me.. clean and tidy.. location near to gongbei custom to Macao.. no worry on grocery store and restaurant, able to get it within 100metre.. will come again

Locations of the Hotel is very convenient... 5min car trip to Gongbei port/Highspeed train.. Staff speed good English and can communicate well in English. I have my 1st night Hotel stay with no aircon due to weather sudden increase to 20 degree... She immediately proposal to change a room with east facing, so that it will not be hot at night.. and i got partial seaview room upgrade.. Nearby got supermarket and a lot of food options within 5 min walking. I will come back and stay with Hamption Hilton on my next trip

Let's talk about the advantages first: the location is really close to Gongbei Port. There is an underground mall entrance ”Charming Women” near the hotel. It only takes seven or eight minutes to walk to the port. And there are a lot of food downstairs, it's very lively. It is said that guests can also park for free in the parking lot downstairs. I checked in early on Saturday and also gave a late check-out (this may be sent by Ctrip), which is a compliment. And the hotel is very cost-effective. Let's talk about the disadvantages: the hotel's facilities are really old, just like those old three-star hotels, with a small refrigerator and a safe, and it should be positioned quite high. I found blood on the quilt, took a photo that night and talked to the front desk, and also made a note with the hotel to avoid disputes when checking out. The privacy curtain in the bathroom is also a bit dirty, it is recommended to clean it when you have time. The smell of smoke in the room is a bit heavy, and I don't know if there are non-smoking rooms. Students who join the company should ask in advance. Outsiders such as deliverymen can enter the guest room area, which has both advantages and disadvantages. The disadvantage is that the personnel will be a bit mixed, and the advantage is that it is more convenient to order takeout, etc., directly to the door of the room. The hotel has a lobby, but it should be shared with other businesses in the building, such as the tea restaurant on the third floor. Although the rating is not high, I still recommend the hotel for its cost-effectiveness and it is quite convenient in this location.

The hygiene is average, and many details are not done well. There is a used and wet disposable bath towel on the windowsill, and I don't know what it is for. There are also signs of mold on the TV wall. I won't go into details about other things, just feel it for yourself.

Check in staff was polite. Asked for non smoking room but was shown a room that smelled like a smokehouse, this was after the reception asked the housekeeping to do immediate smoke sanitizer. Requested to change room but was shown another room that was smaller and smelling of smoke. Asked the housekeeping to leave us a bottle of sanitizer and we sprayed the whole room and went out. Returned few hours later but still smelled of smoke, obviously can never get rid of the smell because the smoke smell is already infused into the curtains, bed, blankets and the pillows. If anyone is not tolerant of the smoking smell please don’t consider this hotel. Even the inside of the lift smell bad because they don’t care a damn and still smoke while taking the lift. I don’t think they have any non smoking floors as we can see they supply ash trays in the rooms. They are allowed to smoke everywhere in the hotel, no restrictions. Room is old furnishings but bedsheets and pillow cases are clean. Shower pressure and hot water is good. Amenities are basic but sufficient. Sound insulation is ok and no street noise. Except for the early noise from the nearby construction going on across the road. No fault of the hotel. Location is strategic, walking distance from the Gongbei port if you coming and going to Macau. Coming from Hong Kong by bus, you need to take a taxi to get here. No metro or bus services nearby. The inter state railway station is nearby about a 20 minute walk. 10 minutes walk to Gongbei Plaza and you will find lots of shopping and food. We did a day trip to Macau and walked all the way through immigration and customs inspection. Would recommend to travelers looking for just a place to sleep and explore during the day. Not a holiday staycation kind of hotel unless you are a smoker!!

Convenient hotel near macau border. Many restaurants and shops are around. Reception staff was friendly and helpful. Room 2411 seems newly renovated, clean and spacious than the rooms on the other floors. Bed was comfortable. WiFi was fast.

My first time stay at Kingdo Hotel. The front desk staff are extremely friendly and warm. They give free advices and tips on shopping places, dim sum restaurants, moving around in Zhuhai city area etc. This hotel is walking distance to supermarkets, wet markets, Gongbei immigration , local eateries and shops. Location is extremely convenient. Room and bed are comfortable and nice. My most enjoyable holiday in Zhuhai. Will surely be back again !

This is my second stay in this hotel and it has a nice vibe to it, situated on a quiet street just within walking distance to the coast. However, there aren't any bus routes near the hotel so you may need to rely on taxis or a 10-15 minute walk to the closest stop. While the staff did appear friendly, they seemed to ask a lot of questions on the Reception Desk. The breakfast could be improved to provide some bread or other options that could be served up until the end of the breakfast period. When we arrived in the last half an hour of breakfast service, there weren't many options available.

The location is very close to the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Port, and is next to the customs clearance point. It is first-class for self-driving. The room is very clean, comfortable, elegantly decorated, and equipped with disposable towels, face towels, toothbrushes, toothpaste and combs. The housekeeper is responsible and enthusiastic and gives clear instructions. The only thing is that there are no restaurants/shops nearby. There are only a few choices when calling ** and it takes an hour to be delivered. It is recommended to buy everything you need to eat and drink before checking in. Overall it’s great value for money👍🏻

This time, we got a room on the 7th floor, compared to our last trip three weeks ago, which was on the 16th floor. The air conditioning is much cooler, but there is no view compared to the 16th floor. Overall, we are very happy with our stay. The staff is super friendly, and the breakfast is very good! The robot is also cute.
