DoubleTree by Hilton Zhuhai Hengqin

Manager Clarence's service was warm and attentive, without being overbearing – just the right touch. I've stayed here several times recently, and each time has been very satisfying! The bed is super comfortable, the room is spotless, and it's really convenient to get to the border crossing. Definitely my top choice in Hengqin!

Great value for money, and the environment is very clean. The breakfast restaurant's view is particularly amazing, overlooking the University of Macau and the Heart of Hengqin.

First time staying at a DoubleTree by Hilton, and the staff at the front desk were incredibly friendly and patient. The room design was very thoughtful, and the smart bidet in the bathroom was a huge plus! 👍👍👍👍👍 The hotel rooms are on higher floors, offering great views. Dining in the breakfast restaurant was a real pleasure. A fantastic stay, I'll definitely be back.

The room facilities are great, the service is attentive, and the environment is quiet. You can see Macau, the sea, and the University of Macau. It's also not far from the metro. They even gave us a free afternoon tea voucher, where we could enjoy the sunset and see Hengqin's iconic landmarks.

If this can be considered a 5-star hotel, then Atour Hotels are 6-star. This place is a dump.

As an established hotel management company, their standardized management and hardware design are consistently excellent, as expected. However, the overall service could be better. Firstly, the hotel's dining options are quite basic, with limited food choices. If you don't want to go out and prefer to eat at the hotel, the selection is rather sparse.

The room view was stunning, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Plus, the hotel's location is super convenient, really close to the border, so you can easily walk to Hengqin Port.

The Hengqin Port is right next door, so you can walk across the border. Breakfast was really good and varied, and the restaurant views were amazing. My family was very satisfied, and we'd definitely consider staying here again on our next trip to Zhuhai. Facilities: The bathroom has a separate shower and bath, and the room itself is very spacious.
