Check-in 03 Sept 2023 | Standard King Room I chose a hotel in Zhuhai for my wife anniversary, but it rained heavily when we arrived in Zhuhai. Fortunately, the hotel is very close to Zhuhai Station. The guest relations director, Kelvin, has a very good service attitude. The room is clean and comfortable, equipped with a jewelry box, a cosmetic mirror, and a sewing kit Waiting for unexpected equipment, I didn’t have it when I stayed in other five-star hotels before. The hotel also has a swimming pool and a gym. If the gym is not used, I just go to the swimming pool to play. The size of the swimming pool is sufficient, and the water in the pool is also very clean. I feel that I can still see the sea when I look out , it is very beautiful! Order takeaway at night and you can have a robot to help you. Overall, the stay is very comfortable. I will come again next time~

The location is very good, 3 mins walk to Gongbei Port, lots of eating places near the restaurant. The room itself is very nice, spacious, clean, and modern. Staff are friendly in general, but I have to say the hospitality is something that can be worked on a bit for this hotel. Compared to other five-star hotels in the area, I was indeed a bit taken aback by the less-than-warming hospitality here. Breakfast buffet is certainly satisfying with its variety and taste.

The staff at Charming are generally friendly and attentive throughout our stay. My husband was looking for hot Americano at 10pm last night but there wasn’t a single cafe around the area after walking round. When we approached the front desk for help, Mr Howard Zheng and his staff Diana/Dana (new foreigner staff whom I didn’t quite get her name) were ready to help. They personally took the initiative to lead my husband and I through the streets to an alley where there was still a cafe opened till 11pm and we enjoyed our cup of Americano. Mr Howard even gave us his contact before leaving and offered to come and guide us back to the hotel if we needed help. That’s what I called Superb service !

Highly recommend this hotel to international or domestic people who came to ZhuHai for vacation and touring the bordering cities (Hong Kong, Macau, Zhuhai). It is very inexpensive and yet the service and facility is all 5 star level quality. We had a great time staying 3 nights at this hotel. The bed is so comfortable (they allow change of pillow too). The breakfast buffet is delicious and has a great variety of food to choose from. The staff are all very friendly. We loved everything about this hotel. =)

The mattress is also very comfortable, so adults can sleep comfortably and children can play happily. This is a great choice for a family trip. There is also a children's playground on the 6th floor.

Health: There are no problems with health services. Facilities: But the sound insulation is very poor. All the sounds outside the corridor in the morning were clearly audible, almost to the extent that the door was left open. I kept hearing people talking in the corridor, the sound of doors opening and closing, and even the sound of the cleaning lady cleaning with garbage bags. Being woken up early in the morning is annoying. Environment: The transportation is convenient, just opposite the Gongbei Pass, and next to Gongbei Bus Station. You can take a long-distance bus back to Guangzhou.

This hotel faces Lianhua Road, one of the downtown areas of Zhuhai. It is very convenient for getting around, being close to Gongbei Port, the immigration port for Macau, about a 5-minute walk away, and also close to Zhuhai Station and long-distance bus terminal. Although Zhuhai itself may be used as a base for traveling to Macau or other cities, not only Chinese and foreigners, but I don't think there are many people who stay in Zhuhai for several days and sightsee. There are many food stores, convenience stores, and supermarkets nearby, so you won't have any trouble getting around. The room was clean and there were no problems with amenities such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, combs, disposable slippers, and mineral water bottles. The bathroom and toilet are in one room, but the shower room is separated by a glass wall. The layout is unusual in that the sink is located on the bedroom side, rather than on the toilet/bathroom side (no particular problems). There was also a hair dryer. There is a TV, free Wi-Fi, and electric kettle, but there is no bathtub, refrigerator, or laundry. 4,600 yen per night (approximately 230 yuan at the rate at the time of reservation) is a reasonable price, but it's located right next to the Gongbei Exit, so it's a reasonable price.

This hotel is very modern and the lobby is on the 11F. It is very convenient to Zhuhai Railway Station and not far to the sea. Very close to a lot of restaurants as well. The staff was friendly, the room was spacious and comfortable. The washer/dryer on the 10F was very convenient and it was free with laundry detergent. Would be nice to have another washer/dryer so people don't need to wait for just the one, but can't complain. Would highly recommend staying here and will stay here next time I'm in Zhuhai.

We enjoyed our stays there as the location is so near the train and bus station. We are all seniors and need to walk to the hotel with luggage is not easy. L hotel is so near to the border from Macau. The hotel receptionist and cleaners are all very attentive. This is not my 1st time stay, previously came with my family.

A great hotel stay experience. We came back from a trip to Macau, dragging our luggage and looking for a cost-effective hotel. Since we didn’t have a reservation, we just visited one hotel after another until we saw the Dilan Siricheng Hotel. We were attracted by its grand appearance and high quality, so we decided to stay there. We booked a room online on Ctrip and went to the front desk. The guy was very polite and helped us upgrade the room for free. When we entered the room, it was clean and bright and decorated in European style. I liked it very much. Living in it, I could see Zhuhai through the large glass window. The sight of high-rise buildings makes it very quiet to sleep at night. The fatigue from the previous trip has been eliminated. Next time I go to Zhuhai, I will stay in this hotel again.

The hotel is newly renovated. The rooms are clean and tidy. Disposable face towels are provided. The water volume is large and the hot water is hot enough. The mirror on the bathroom sink can also adjust the light. However, there is a KTV downstairs and it will be a bit noisy. People who are afraid of noise can try their best. Choose a higher floor or wear earplugs, overall the price/performance ratio is quite good.

The hotel I stayed in early in the morning just leaked in the lobby. The staff may have gone to the inspection room and didn't notice that there are guests in the lobby downstairs? The lobby waited for about 40 minutes for the little brother to come down to deal with other things. It happened to be raining again and it was very embarrassing. A lot of people next to it don't know if it is a staff or what to do. I don't know who to look for. Later, I called Ctrip's customer service butler and dealt with it quickly. I really praise it! The room downstairs is not bad and clean, better than expected. It is work efficiency and service that needs to be improved!

The overall room layout, cleanliness and location are acceptable. The triple room is very spacious, the double bed is 1.8m big enough. The whole room has laminate countertops from the bar to the end, which is great. What is worse is that the bathroom and the beds outside are only made of dark glass and cannot be completely covered. It will be awkward and inconvenient for family members to check in. There is also no place to hang clothes in the entire bathroom. It is recommended to add clothes hooks behind the door. There are water stains on the floor that I don't know whether it was cleaned or not, but it's not a big problem.
