JI Hotel Properties in Zhoushan

The hotel is conveniently located right next to the ferry terminal for Putuoshan, with plenty of restaurants nearby. We took the airport shuttle from Ningbo Airport, and this was the final stop. For our return trip, the bus station was right next to the hotel on the right-hand side, making transportation incredibly easy. For anyone needing a transit point when visiting Putuoshan, this hotel's location is truly excellent. The hotel staff were attentive, professional, and courteous, and the room was very well-equipped. Highly recommended!

When I came to Zhoushan, I chose to stay at this Four Seasons Hotel. It was already past ten o'clock in the evening when I arrived at the hotel. The young lady and brother at the front desk were very enthusiastic in helping us check in. The hotel is very new and the room is very clean. Although the breakfast is simple, it tastes good. I recommend it!

This was my first time staying at a Ji Hotel, and the check-in experience was unpleasant. The front desk required us to verify our identity via WeChat. Then, a staff member with a badge indicating she was a ”hotel assistant” checked us in and, without our permission, kept taking pictures of various pages of my husband's passport with her phone. When I told her she was violating his privacy, she didn't apologize but instead said she would delete them immediately. I pointed out that iPhones can store deleted photos for 30 days, and she said she would delete them within 30 days. Every time I said something, she would argue back and escalate the situation. Was I asking her to delete the photos? I wanted her to apologize for taking pictures of my passport without my permission, not to use the excuse of deleting them later. Later, I mentioned this to Ctrip customer service. After hanging up on Ctrip, the ”hotel assistant” then made a phone call in front of me, seemingly asking someone else about the incident. Is a hotel assistant really going to call someone in front of a customer to ask if her actions were right or wrong? That's incredibly unprofessional! Later, the service manager came to my room, and I told her it wasn't about deleting or not deleting photos, but that they needed my permission before taking photos of my personal identification documents with their phones. I felt offended. The manager explained for a long time afterward, and her attitude was very good; otherwise, I really wouldn't have wanted to stay a second longer. I gave the service four stars. I originally planned to give it one star, but since the Ctrip customer service and the service manager were both very patient in handling the issue, I'll deduct one star for the assistant. Facilities: First time staying at Ji Hotel, satisfied with the facilities, fully smart. Cleanliness: Very good. Environment: Except for hearing people talking at the door, the environment was very good. Service: The front desk and assistant service were poor and unprofessional, but the service manager was very good. Aside from encountering the unprofessional and impolite front desk and assistant, my first stay was very good in all aspects. It was very cost-effective, and the bedding was comfortable.

The off-season price is very high, the service, the room facilities are very good, the scenery is first-class, there is a seafood market around you can buy it for processing, Zhoushan seafood or locals can bring it by themselves, tourists are not able to eat fresh, can be squashed, haha

The hotel service is good, honestly! We booked a room without windows, but the front desk upgraded us to a room with windows for free because we had children! Because we didn't check the weather forecast before the trip and it was going to rain the next day, we got up early to go to Fayu Temple for worship. When we came back, our clothes were all soaked. We had to go back to the hotel to take a hot shower, and then send the clothes to the laundry to be washed and dried. I don't know if the washing machine was too dirty or the quilt was not clean! After the pants were dried, I put them on and felt like something bitten my legs...

This stay at the All Seasons Hotel (Zhoushan Branch) really exceeded expectations! The aroma in the lobby makes people feel happy, the front desk service is thoughtful, and the initiative to provide free breakfast for children. The room is large, the decoration is simple and modern, the bedding is comfortable, the air conditioning and hot water are very powerful, and the sanitary details are in place. The breakfast is rich in variety, from Chinese snacks to Western bread coffee, and the taste is also very good. The hotel also has a large parking lot, which is too friendly to self-driving families. The overall experience is very satisfactory and highly recommended to friends who come to Zhoushan!

The hotel is a 5-minute walk from the ancient city. The occupancy rate is gratifying, and parking is free if you come by car. The bottled water pipe in the room was full, about 6 bottles were put, and I was given a warm bottle when I checked out in the morning. This is a family tour, clean, affordable, air conditioning is hot, facilities are relatively new.

The whole season has been satisfactory as always. This time when I visited Zhoushan, I chose to stay at the Shenjiamen International Aquatic City Branch. Because there were so many people staying, the parking space in front of the door was quite full. The security guard took the initiative to guide us to the parking lot on the right. The attitude of the ladies at the front desk was very nice. As soon as we checked in, a little robot was sent to deliver seasonal fruits. It was very timely in such a hot weather. It felt like returning to our own home. I asked about the tourist attractions of Mount Putuo. The lady was also enthusiastic to help and guide, which was satisfying👍 , because it was too windy and I couldn’t go to the scenic spots, I immediately chose to extend my stay for the whole season!

Facilities: Very new, consistent style throughout the season, simple and practical. There is a desk, a large coffee table and a booth. Environment: It is a series of single houses located on the hillside. It is the largest and most distinctive All Seasons store I have seen so far. Close to Nansha Scenic Area, a five-minute walk away. Our room overlooks the sea and feels very quiet and elegant. Hygiene: Clean and tidy. Service: Thoughtful and warm, with a car to pick up the pier and airport, very convenient.

Overall: The hotel facilities are very new, the layout is reasonable, and parking is convenient. Located on Water Street, it is very convenient to eat. Even if you come back late from playing, you will still have something to eat. Room: An upgraded version of the all-season standard decoration. The family room is quite large, spacious, bright and quiet. The rainwater pressure is great and the bath is comfortable. Breakfast: It has all the Chinese and Western styles, the price is right, ☕️I also like it. Service: The lady at the front desk and the room service staff are very nice.
