環境也就那樣的 貴的要死 三人房一晚900多 要了東西根本不給送最關鍵是 飯菜無比難吃 魚一口就吐了 真是無語了 真是沒有最差衹有更差

房間有廁所的反味兒
洗澡水很小很小
還有就是所謂的專車接送 接的話是要等到下午四點半以後每隔半小時會有車接 而不是全天。
距離景區太遠了 本來定了2天 住了一天換地方了 等車換地方 太麻煩了。太耗時間了。
房間廁所反味 住了這麼多華住會系統酒店 這家是第一次遇到這個情況。
還有水壺上一圈黃色粘粘的 不知道是什麼
房間是個純陰面 一天見不到陽光。

非常好，帶爸媽出行來普陀山旅遊的，店家幫忙升級了家庭房，態度非常好，酒店幫忙接送到景點和碼頭，整個出行非常方便。酒店位置也好，下來步行就可以到寶塔和講寺，海風很舒服。太感激啦，下次來還會選擇全季。

很少差評，景區裏酒店的服務很想説兩句，
在普陀山這種聖地我其實很猶豫要不要手下留情給差評，想想覺得還是需要給其他選擇全季的朋友一點小參考。
1.酒店位置很偏，在島上的最北邊，離碼頭最遠，島上沒有出租車不能隨時走，必須坐每隔半小時一趟的酒店班車，9:55我給酒店問班車時間，告知每半小時準時出發，於是我很着急的裝箱子，並給前台説過我大概會晚一分鐘左右希望稍等我一下，等我出來10:01車子走了。算了，是我自己沒按時，白白坐到10:30的時候，10:35司機也沒來説是去吃飯了？這不是雙標麼？十點的一分鐘不能等，10:30的五分鐘因為要吃飯就晚點？
2.作為景區的酒店，前台至少需要放一些景區地圖或者路線圖之類的資料吧？
3.房間非常小，定的高級大床房帶窗户的也非常小，很壓抑。（圖片是廣角拍的效果）
4.馬桶圈老舊破損還有大量的膠水沒有擦乾淨！
5.早餐9:00就結束。

沒想到在山頂還能有全季酒店。經常住全季，所以對全季一直都有好感。酒店離佛頂山索道幾分鐘，而且在山頂也特別安靜。酒店前台小姐姐還給免費升級了房間，還贈送了2人的早餐，真是太棒啦。順着窗户就可以看到寶陀寺的萬寶塔，房間乾濕分離也非常棒。最主要酒店還提供碼頭到酒店來回免費接送服務，第二天早上因為我們要直接去佛頂山，前台小姐姐非常負責任的幫我們辦理好了行李託運到碼頭的服務，減少了我們出行不便的問題。

差評差評，非常差評，服務也不行 衞生也不行，家裡的長輩用了浴巾身上都發癢了，廁所看着也不是很乾凈，出行也不方便，前台也不會給你提醒晚上有車接送 導致我們在景區吹冷風吹了半個多小時，東西落下了，也不貴提醒你有東西落下，電話都不會給你打一個，從昨天到現在，問題也沒解決，東西掉了一直沒有回覆，一直以來住的都是全季酒店，從來沒住過這麼差的酒店 真的無語死了！

房間不大但是經典全季，熱水挺好，智能馬桶蓋都有，也能看出來小院子有用心設計打理，服務人員也很熱情。因為有班車，總體來講是方便的，住起來相比民宿更安心。但房間面積小，另外樓上樓下好像不大隔音，有兩次能聽到樓上嘩嘩倒水的聲音？另外旺季的價格確實是很高
提幾個建議：説明班車時間點和運行模式，不然可能行程浪費1-2h等車；另外大堂的茶味香氛？香味不好，建議換掉；進門處左手廚房附近？有異味
