This is a hotel with excellent service. When the four of us checked in in May 2024, we requested to stay in two adjacent rooms. We told the front desk clerk about our request, but the clerk said that if the rooms in their hotel were similar, they would not be adjacent. The guest rooms must be open, so we can only accept occupancy. After checking in, my family checked the room and found that their bathtub was damaged and the room had a peculiar smell, so we contacted the front desk staff and asked them to change rooms. In the end, the hotel changed rooms for the four of us. They changed the floor upstairs and the two rooms were adjacent. We were curious why the similar rooms we just mentioned were not adjacent. However, after complaining about the damage to the room, they were able to arrange two rooms for us. What about similar rooms? Later, I found that my shower room was damaged and asked them to arrange for someone to replace it, but they said that the maintenance staff was on holiday today, so no one could help us repair it. It was really strange that a hotel could have a depar**ent that was closed because some staff were on holiday. It’s the first time I’ve heard this when I’ve lived to be dozens of years old!

The hotel parking lot is mechanical, so if you arrive late, you may not be able to park! Although the bathroom is separated from wet and dry areas, water leaks from the shower area and the bathtub is quite large.
