三百多的房間連暖氣都沒有我也是服了，原本訂的房型人家沒退房，然後説給換成同價位的房間，還想着店家還挺好，結果沒想到的是由原本的3070ti變成了3070，這不算什麼最離譜的，離譜的是上面顯示的什麼鑽石會員，暖氣一個都沒有，上午九點多入住的空調調到三十度開了一整天房間温度根本就上不去，那個被子薄的就不像話，另外一個最離譜的事就是定他們家房間最好是先看再定，別的酒店免費取消政策都是下午六點，他們家超過半小時就不要想着免費取消的事情了，我頭一天晚上十點多訂的，半夜三點多計劃有變要取消訂單，申請取消，店家直接秒拒，讓攜程聯繫得到的結果是沒有權限處理，等到第二天早上八點多我打電話問的時候店家説衹要攜程能免費取消他們就可以取消，等到讓攜程核實得到的回覆是過了取消政策時間，必須收取20%的費用，也不知道是什麼規定反正就是要強制收取，本來想説換一天住結果顯示無法修改訂單日期，讓攜程的客服去問得到回答卻是需要我先重新下一個訂單然後才可以把原先的訂單給我退了，好好好，直接就強買強賣唄，兩三百塊錢的房間要啥沒啥連個像樣的前台服務都沒有，這樣的態度我都有些懷疑是不是連營業執照都沒有，就這還4.9的評分，怕不是刷出來的吧，就這特權我原本以為是臨近幾天的事情，好傢伙一看都好幾個月了，別人好歹掛羊頭賣狗肉，到你這連毛都沒有了，房間的泡麪飲料連價格標簽都沒有貼這誰敢買啊，搞不好跟雪糕一樣背刺了就不好了

電競酒店中午12：00之前退房這個有點不合理覺得，因為來電競酒店就是來打遊戲來了然後十二點退房的話玩一晚上游戲十二點很難起來，然後超過一個小時是收費30元 按金是200塊超時費可以從按金里扣如果玩一晚上十二點之前能起來的話可以去整體環境配置都很不錯就是這個退房政策有點不合理覺得太早了如果可以兩點退的話還差不多，反正我經常住電競酒店基本好多都是兩點退，例如大咖電競其實跟他們家酒店價格差不多環境配置也一樣我每次都是兩點多三點才退不會多收費en這是我的評價
