房間很大，很乾凈，音響效果超棒，投影屏幕大，看電影聽歌體驗超好。交通便利，去哪裡都方便，性價比高。酒店服務態度非常好。

先説缺點吧，停車不便，因為停車場🅿️入口真不好找，沿街全是違停車輛與攤販，繞了十幾分鍾才找到車場入口，然後車位真不好找，都停滿了；房間安排在洗衣房對面，很多住客半夜洗衣服的，隔音不咋的，相當吵，更絕的是保潔人員七八點開始上班，在走廊嘻哈打鬧，極其吵鬧，很不好。最好説説優點，就是便宜，四五百一晚也沒什麼好酒店了，再一個是酒店停車費可以打個3折左右，最後就是酒店在四十多層，房間風景比較好。

出島渡輪加小巴車倒到湛江，帶着孩子身心疲憊，定的阿拉雲，環境還可以，吃喝玩樂都有，投屏很大，均滿意！前台客服很熱心！

房間很寬闊，住的沒有異味，還可以洗衣服烘衣服，前台服務響應的很快，非常棒！38號阿姨服務態度非常好，一直都是笑嘻嘻的，來湛江出差一個多星期，一直住在這，停車也有報銷，每天回來都很開心，不像其他酒店的房間有異味，枕頭也超級舒服，有我喜歡的護頸枕！廁所也很乾凈，地漏一點異味都沒有，而且還有投影儀可以追劇看綜藝，住在萬達樓上，每天早餐是kfc，天天晚上下去吃宵夜，真的很爽！是我出差以來住過最好的酒店！非常好非常棒！
