房間可以看到天門山，風景很好
民宿設施很新 裝修品味很贊 門口有停車位，比較方便，服務也很Nice，早上吃早飯還可以烤着腿，很舒服

十月二號到的張家界，天公不作美，天氣不好，去天門山啥也沒看到。但選擇這家民宿真的是安慰我心靈了，老闆是幾個佛系的當地人，幫我去買咖啡，還是星爸爸的。親自接送火車站，車子也弄的非常乾淨。感覺住在自己家裡一樣温馨，有求必應，善良純樸，一點也沒有商業化，房間很舒服，一覺睡到天亮。早餐雖然比較簡單，但是米粉挺好吃。因為這家民宿的老闆對張家界這個地方留下了很不錯的印象。是一個有情義有風景的地方。

設施：房間裏衞生間設施一般，尤其是馬桶，蓋子歪的坐不上去，其它設施可以。
服務：服務很熱情，晚上到的較晚，提前就等候接機，免費升級了房型，還給孩子送了小零食，小朋友很開心

房間在二樓，沒有電梯，行李要抬上去，但是店家服務很好，幫這抬上去了。
設施總體可以，洗澡水夠量，夠温度。
主要是接送機服務，滿意。
