Awesome experience
Located in Melbourne city very convenient
Great check in room space big bathroom and fancy gym and 24 hour swimming pool
However the only down side was the pillow not very comfortable called for a memory foam one middle of night the staff was friendly and changed pillow for me
Overall great weekend getaway at W Melbourne

Outstanding Hotel best described as 5 star luxury with a 'Funky Cool Twist'.Service from all staff was both very friendly and efficient..everyone is obviously well trained for this level of hotel- a very well done job by management. Curious bar has a great vibe as well as nice cocktails and finger food.The service by all staff including manager also gets a big thumbs up.Wet bar has a lovely indoor pool with a cafe for cofffee drinks & sandwiches.I have stayed in many different 5 star hotels over the years including Sheraton Mirage- but this stay was the most fun and enjoyable- Thank you W Hotel- we surely will 'Be Back 😊.

Overall it was great to stay at the hotel. One thing has to say is the housekeeper threw the free drink ticket and valet ticket that we left them on the table. 😧

Had an amazing stay at W Melbourne. Welcome Chandon on arrival plus trendy interiors made it a good start to our stay. Will definitely be returning for a staycation.

The pillows. Quilt and mattress are very good, no stain and smell. Shower and bathroom and toilet are quite modern, except there should be a door for the shower and bath room. Location is on the quiet part but within walking distance to China town and where actions are. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The valet parking $70 a day is good for us. Pool for a quick dip, gymnastics, and steam room are there.

Hotel W Melbourne is of high quality equipment but suffers from terrible service. They easily forget to clean the room and replenish stuff in the room. They easily mix the orders in breakfast. They do not clean the room properly. By the way, do not forget to be confirmed about its breakfast as it is not fully open buffet. The hotel does not have a proper lounge with proper furniture. In general, I believe W Melbourne is not ready to offer luxurious service. You can find a very good five star hotel in the downtown with less than half of the W's price. I don't recommend this hotel with its over priced rooms but terrible service.

Worst experience ever staff slow and unresponsive it took me one hour and many reminders to get the bellboy to carry our luggage to their ground floor exit to the point we had to do it ourselves even though I have a disability and despite my many reminders, the only one good member of staff was Abbie the Night Duty Manager other than that it is a dreadful property, the room was boiling we called the maintenance person who said the filter had to be changed and it took a call to Abbie to make it happen, if you call housekeeping they don't respond so after 20 minutes of waiting and another call they eventually showed up, it is supposed to be a 5 star property but they act like a 1 star, staff are disinterested and cold they are and act like robots, all except Abbie! Will never choose them ever again even though I'm a member of the Marriott Bonboy chain!
