Very satisfied with the warm service from the staff. The food was delicious, and the view from the in-room bath was incredible.

Absolutely beautiful, and the service was excellent. When we checked in, the hot spring bath in our room was already filled, and parking was convenient too.

We booked a room with a private entrance and a private onsen for one night. The hotel is quite a distance from the station, about a 25-minute walk uphill. The service was excellent; everything was explained and shown to us, and they spoke English. The onsen was also great, though it was very hot and needed diluting, which wasn't an issue. It had a view of the mountains. A minus for cleanliness, as the ventilation in the onsen was dirty. Also, you can't order breakfast on arrival if you didn't select it when you initially booked. Overall, we really enjoyed everything.

A very cozy and intimate onsen hotel. It's exquisite and welcoming, with very friendly staff. The in-room hot spring bath offers a direct view of the mountains, which is a fantastic location. For this kind of view, it's truly a great choice in Yufuin Onsen.

Both breakfast and dinner were delicious! The environment was also great. The private onsen in the room was a nice touch, though the room itself was a bit small and didn't have much space for luggage. Overall, it was still a very good stay!
