出差住過那麼多酒店 很少評論 這次體驗很不好 早上房間漏水 都讓前台處理 中午回來還是原封不動， 前台親描淡寫一句下午她們才會清掃.下雨漏水包包給我打濕 我不讓退房費已經算好的了.還有攜程會員權益三點退房，前台也不認，説攜程自己私改 我簡直無語😓 房間也沒有一個電話，有事要下樓去叫前台
