Very welcoming and informative service at check in. Excellent location with wonderful views. Very good breakfast. Nice spacious bathroom, nice to have gym and tourist info too. All good

The room is quite new and clean. The receptionist is nice. There is free coffee, milk and hot water in the lobby. There are plenty of charging ports at the bedside. The only downside is that the shower head is fixed and cannot be adjusted, so the water flow is a bit problematic. The Wi-Fi is not very good.

The hotel is located near Yosemite, in a small village, with hotels on both sides. When checking in at Hampton, I was told that the kind bed room I booked was sold out, and there was only a queen bed. I thought it was too late, so I stayed there. Later, they said the curtains were broken, so they used bed sheets to hang. This was unacceptable. The Fairfield next to the hotel is a sister hotel, and they passed me there. When I checked in at that hotel, they charged me again. I had to negotiate with Ctrip and the hotel, and they refunded me after about a week.
Because we arrived late, most restaurants were closed, and the only Denny’s was open until 10 o’clock, so I went there to fill my stomach.
