The receptionist overcharged at his own currency conversion rate and the extra charge for a pet is 2/3 the amount of apar**ent booking—horrible service level and hospitality. The credit card was charged without authorization 2 days after checkout for extra unknown charges. -Garbage in front of the apar**ent doors in plastic bags. -Water in the Bathroom hardly gets warm -Its an Aparthotel with no sponge and soap for washing dishes or dishwasher soap or kitchen towel or hairdryer -They don’t have parking. its street parking !! - They do not speak English , they use translators - Extremely Rude trea**ent!

The Horrible: Receptionist said that *********** does work and asked us to pay more than the amount of the booking through the site. the “Small” charge for the dog was 2/3 the amount of apar**ent booking. We were greeted by a non English speaker because the receptionist comes at 13:00 , she was nice enough to let us check in early at 9:00 AM. we told her we have a Dog she said it’s ok but they charge a “small” extra fee for the Dog stay. first impression about the apar**ent was that it’s Big and comfortable.
