The room is spacious and comfortable but the sound insulation is not good and the sound of the train is clear The bathroom has hot and cold pools, which is comfortable to soak in. The non-falling board type entry and exit is not convenient. I have been to Taipei many times, but this is my first time to Yilan. This time I will try to stay in a hot spring hotel in Jiaoxi for one night. Jingquan Hotel is about a 3-minute walk from Jiaoxi Station, and it only takes 10 minutes to get to Jiaoxi Transfer Station. There are convenience stores, Cosmed, and souvenir shops near the hotel. The hotel has a large bathing area, located on the top floor. It is boundless and you can enjoy the view of Jiaoxi while taking a bath. There are also fitness and yoga rooms. During Happy Hour, green tea, detox water, red and white wine🍷 and snacks are placed in the lobby for guests to enjoy. We booked an elegant king bed room. The room is so big. There is a wardrobe as soon as you enter. There is a cabinet next to it for a refrigerator, a water pot, a Japanese teapot, and tea cups. Tea bags, coffee bags, Pocari, Coke, and facial masks in the refrigerator are all given to guests for free. The double bed is so big that 3 people can sleep in it. There is a sofa next to the bed, which is big enough for one person to sleep on. Full of space and so comfortable. There is a water tank on the terrace of this room type, where you can take a bath🛁. There are some bamboos and a Japanese lamp next to it. Wearing the yukata and Japanese flip-flops provided by the hotel🩴, you can have a pseudo-Japanese trip. The toilet board is plugged in. It's warm and comfortable to sit on. The hotel provides guests with toothbrushes🪥, earplugs, soap🧼, makeup sponges, rubber bands, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and moisturizer. If you need a shower cap or razor, you can get them at the front desk. The room rate includes breakfast for 2 people, which can be enjoyed at the Japanese restaurant Sanya in the hotel. The hotel service is attentive, the facilities are perfect, the breakfast is rich, and there are many activities in the hotel. I appreciate the addition of a children's car track on the passages on the 8th and 9th floors. The children had a great time. This hotel is simply a paradise for children! Adults are taken care of. The third floor downstairs is a movie theater. You can watch it for free all day at the front desk.

The hotel service staff is kind and caring, the facilities are complete and the environment is excellent, and the soup house is well-equipped. It is a beauty soup with excellent texture. After soaking, you will feel refreshed, relieve stress, and repair the skin. Food and beverages are great, full of color and fragrance, I like it very much, and will come again.

Booked a double bed room with a child, and it cost NT$2,200! Ha, maybe I really don’t understand Taiwan’s restaurants. Expensive and poor experience! Also, I think the buffet is really not that good because the children ate it and were allergic to cold seafood, which caused hives! The description is not new! Most of the dinners are cold dishes, which I really don’t think is good~ What’s even more funny is that because of a mistake in operating the counter, he called me and said that we didn’t pay the child’s money. We all have credit card slips. Don’t you know how to check it yourself? He stopped us and took a photo of the credit card slip and then went back to check it. Then he called me to confirm that he made a mistake and said something like ”I'm sorry, I'm sorry”. It's not necessary. Thank you! Won’t go there again next time!

Art Spa Hotel -Execellent experience: amazing room, staff, services, hot spring facilities, prime location -unlimited entry into its hot spring areas up to 1h after checkout (outdoors and indoors). Rmb to bring swim wear and swim hat else you can buy in the hotel (which is comparable if not cheaper than the stalls outside). Entry into springs is based on a sticker that can be redeemed at the concierge. There are lockers at NT10 inside if you want to put your belongings. -food wise can walk out, turn right of the hotel walk around 10mins (use Google maps), alot of good stalls on the same way to McDonalds. There is even a supermarket on the way. -Some worthy food mentions:Linjia Guangdong Beef Noodle Restaurant (not a looker, v discreet but we swear the beef noodle soup taste can match big brands and names like the liu shan cough in taipei), 香肠伯（standalone 烧烤摊位), Sinbow scallion expert (order the scallion spiral pizza 葱派，we went back for it 3 times in our 2D1N)

Went for the 5th time! The service attitude is really good, and the children are all designated to go! Very child friendly! The breakfast buffet was originally scheduled for 11:30, but the kids woke up at 9:30 and started crying hungry! Quickly pack up and check out to dine, because the original reservation was for 11:30, but the time was changed to go early. The receptionist at Evergreen was very helpful❤️ in making arrangements. He told us that because it was not the original time slot, we would need to wait a moment, and they would arrange it for you immediately! You can have your meal immediately after waiting for 5 minutes in the waiting area, which is really satisfying! I remember that the receptionist was still a beautiful mother (with a belly of at least 5 months!) - The check-out and room card counter also provided friendly service. After check-out, you can continue to use leisure facilities, such as hot springs, SPA, switch, etc.⋯ ~Parents of 3 babies, thank you Evergreen Jiaoxi😄

The hotel is located near the Jiaoxi train station, within 10min walking distance. The room is cozy, clean and neat. The hot spring is enjoyable and the tub is clean too! Hotel staff are super friendly and offer extraordinary services. The breakfast buffet comes with quite a wide range of food options. You can buy the voucher on their website for a cheaper deal. They even provide complimentary afternoon tea with simple snacks and desserts for guests (free white wine!). Overall very nice stay here!! Strongly recommended for couples ❤️

It is very convenient to be near the city. You can walk to Jiaoxi Night Market and is also very close to Chibiyu Park. However, it is a bit troublesome that the hotel does not have a saloon. I bought late-night snacks with my friends and wanted to eat together, but there is no place to go. There is no swimming pool. Big, but not deep, perfect for children~

This is the second day of this trip to stay in this hotel. After 2 responses to the problem of the refrigerator, the staff came to replace it. A second cockroach appeared in room 528. The elders were shocked and had no time to take pictures. They stayed for two consecutive days The breakfast is exactly the same. Fortunately, we have almost all the things we like to eat. Thanks to the hotel for providing the lobby for us to eat. Of course, we also have a recovery venue. I like the atmosphere of the hotel for vacation. I hope the hotel can carefully maintain the cleaning and the efficiency of the supplies.
