Everything was as described ! Everything was super clean and the staff was incredibly nice! The location was perfect !

I had an incredible stay at this hotel! All the staff was so friendly and welcoming, also helpful! The room was a great size for one person, not too small and spacious enough. Breakfast was very tasty, even though the dishes were the same, there still were various options, I stayed here 6 days and was looking forward to yummy breakfast every day! The area is so convenient with 4 subway stations nearby, Lawson just around the corner, and it’s so quiet and safe. Even though there were construction work around the hotel, there was no noise in my room whatsoever (I did asked for a quiet room, just in case). I definitely recommend this hotel and would gladly stay again there, it’s a great value for money and I only got pleasant experience from being here!

The hotel is in a great location. Even though it's next to a construction site, the windows are well-insulated and block most of the noise. However, the door is not soundproof, so you can hear everything happening in the corridor. The service and staff are very helpful, but I really dislike that they don't use proper duvet covers. Instead, they place a piece of sheet between the duvet. While sleeping, that sheet keeps moving, which feels uncomfortable and, from a hygiene point of view, isn't ideal. They also provide cleaning only on the fourth day, so unless you specifically request it, no one will help adjust that annoying sheet setup.

The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the service was excellent. One of the best things about this hotel is the location. Akasaka was definitely the perfect choice for my Tokyo trip. There are many restaurants, cafes, and convenient stores around the area, so it always felt lively and convenient. The hotel is only about a 3–4 minute walk from Akasaka Station, and getting around Tokyo was very easy. Most of the places I wanted to visit were reachable within 20–30 minutes by metro with only 1–2 train lines. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and a very enjoyable trip. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Tokyo.
