Hotel is located in a small alley. It took us a while to find it. It is close to the Yilan night market. The room is spacious and comfort. Overall is good.

老闆人很好，服務人員也很熱心，我們跑錯館，老闆還免費幫我們升級房間，小朋友玩的很開心，我也解決了她下雨天玩不到溜滑梯的鬱悶。

房間在電梯旁會聽到電梯上下的聲音，但是我覺得他們處理的態度還算不錯,如果隔音可以再改善那就太好了，而且他是寵物友善民宿哦！

離宜蘭羅東夜市只要一分鐘，非常好逛

本次旅程住兩晚，附近生活機能便利，想嘗試羅東鎮的深度旅遊可以住在這裡。
雖然是老屋翻修不過有電梯，木地板鋪設有部分地方因潮濕黏合較差。
整體而言是符合一般CP值要求的優質民宿。
