I have stayed here many times. Parking is convenient and the lobby is simple yet elegant. The front desk lady is attentive and enthusiastic, and even upgraded the room. The lobby doorman also greeted me politely and took the initiative to help open the door. The room is well-lit, bright and comfortable, clean and sanitary, providing a quiet and tidy environment for rest and work. The breakfast is rich in variety and very Yangzhou-style.

1. The hotel's gold diamond upgrade room is a room where the hotel installed a projector on the original room type, two nails were hammered into the cabinet, and a screen was nailed to the room. We booked two rooms, and the projector was stuck and couldn't be turned off. I contacted the front desk and called a guest from the housekeeping depar**ent to see the equipment? The staff of the housekeeping depar**ent kept saying that we just installed it yesterday, and I didn't know how to do it. I said, then you can call someone who knows. This employee called an old employee of the housekeeping depar**ent and fiddled with it for a long time. I called the front desk and asked why the projector problem was called to the housekeeping depar**ent. The front desk said that they would help me find a master from the engineering depar**ent. At this time, they had been tossing for more than ten minutes! Later, we climbed on the bed and turned off the projector button ourselves. I asked to change rooms. After the front desk staff came, they showed me the room and said that it was full tonight and they would change rooms tomorrow. We said we wanted to find the lobby manager because it was not a matter of the room. The front desk said yes, but we didn't see any management contact us until we checked out. 2. The hotel catering is also extremely bad. Let’s talk about the Chinese restaurant first. They ordered a set meal and told me that the set meal on Dianping is different from their hotel. We said it doesn’t matter. Let’s see if there is anything that can be replaced. In addition, we added a braised pork, as shown in the picture, with a menu underneath. We asked why the menu was used as a pad. The kitchen replied that it was edible paper. I want to ask who gave this answer. Please eat the paper for me first! We asked for a change, and they replied that the last one was gone. We said we would refund it. After a long time, someone suddenly brought one. We said it was gone? Later I learned that the finance depar**ent was off work and it was inconvenient to refund. I didn’t know where they got one. Why did they shirk the responsibility of not having it when they changed it when it was clearly available? What’s even more ridiculous is the rice. They said it was steamed fresh. After waiting for 20 to 30 minutes, the rice was cold when it was served! Do you steam it in the refrigerator? 3. Let’s talk about the staff on duty at the No. 5 noodle wonton stall for breakfast. The brands of steamed buns and steamed buns next to it were confusing. I asked: Which one is the meat bun? Ignore me! I asked if you are deaf? She told me to look at the sign, and I asked, are you sure the sign on your sign is meat buns? She took a look and said, "Oh, who didn't put up the sign for corn buns!" It's ridiculous! As a service staff, you are old, don't you have the most basic service? Are you deaf or don't have a mouth? In short, the quality of the staff in this hotel is extremely poor, and they can't even do the most basic job duties! The room facilities are also very average, the environment is also poor, the bedside of the room is dusty, and the parking lot is extremely dusty!

I was on a business trip to Yangzhou for a meeting. There was a marathon the next day in Yangzhou, so the rooms were quite tight. I booked a king-size bed room for two of us. The front desk staff Xiao Su, Xiao Li, and Xiao Wang enthusiastically arranged a king-size bed room for us the next day.

I brought my family to Yangzhou to participate in the marathon, and by the way, I experienced the beautiful scenery of Yangzhou in March! When booking a room, I thought about being close to the starting point, so I found this hotel. The unexpected check-in experience made us feel at home! The staff's service was warm and thoughtful, and they specially gave us fruits and race cheering packs! The hotel has complete facilities and the guest rooms are elegantly decorated. Because the marathon starts early, the hotel also provides breakfast in advance, and the breakfast category is quite rich! The hotel even provides a shuttle bus to take us to the starting point! After running, I came back and had a meal in the restaurant on the second floor of the hotel. The Huaiyang specialties are very delicious! Thank you very much for the thoughtful service of the hotel staff, which allowed me to successfully PB in Yangzhou Marathon! Next time I come to Yangzhou, I will choose Mingfa Hotel!

There was a pair of underwear in the cabinet under the sink that was worn by the previous guest or even earlier! I thought it was a hair dryer bag and touched it and it was disgusting. I told the front desk that they were used to it and didn't give any explanation.

The hotel is located between the main urban area and the high-speed railway station (Yangzhou East Station). For self-driving tourists, it is cost-effective. The room facilities are complete, the breakfast has a wide variety, and the service is warm and in place. It is worth recommending.

Arrived late. The hotel upgraded the room. It is very big. Although the facilities are a little old, they are very complete. However, some things do not seem to match the hotel's level. The bed, quilt and pillow are very comfortable. I lie down and sink into them. I sleep well. Yogurt is provided. It tastes good. Compared with the hotel's level, the breakfast feels average. But considering the price of about 300, it is still good. It is just for accommodation. I don't have time to look around, so I don't know the environment. It is still worth staying for business and tourism.
