酒店地理位置優越，我們入住的房間窗口就能看到寶塔山，鬧中取靜，離二道街夜市很近，晚上夜景很美！酒店設施有點舊，隨便住住。

位置不錯，可以直接看到寶塔山。酒店有點老了，設施比較舊。主要是方便遊玩。出門就是鳳凰廣場和二道街。吃喝玩樂一條龍，晚上可以商寶塔山的夜景

酒店沒什麼可説的，設施、衞生等中規中矩，可以停車（有地下停車場，也有地面上的）。值得推薦的就是觀景房確實不錯，躺在床上就可以看見寶塔山。酒店離二道街小吃街也比較近（烤肉、羊蹄、羊雜……都好吃）。總體來説還可以，就是早餐太簡單了！

房間就在寶塔山附近，還有觀景房，離二道街夜市也近，出行方便，寶塔山游完就直接去入住了，晚上的夜市人太多了……

地理位置好，在寶塔山對面，離夜市和鬧市都很近。進房間門是古老的棗紅色傢俱，面盆的下水道漏水，一洗臉連帶腳和鞋一塊洗了。洗漱用品的牙刷，一刷一嘴毛。一次性拖鞋也是最薄的，稍用力就力透紙背。

酒店乾淨衞生，前台服務太態好，停車方便，周邊環境好，購物出行方便，本酒店五星點贊，下次還會選擇這裏。
另外，在這還特別感謝攜程客服管家方嶼和酒店前台小妹的認真服務耐心解釋積極協調，使我們住上了滿意的房間。
酒店的早餐在十五樓餐廳，很有特色，可邊吃早餐邊欣賞寶塔山和延河的美景。

定了一個景觀房，在房間裏可以看到寶塔。不過房間裏面不太大，設施有點老舊，窗户也不大。説下服務吧，面無表情，多一句都不説，問了也不多説一句，據我自己勘探，停車場在酒店的右邊有個便利店地方是入口，地上停車場，酒店客人收費10元，酒店入口也在那邊。早餐15層，七點到九點，記住餐盤需要自己收到一個桌子上，就好像宜家一樣。記住不要和服務員説東西不多再上點，或者拿太多了，要不然會挨説，旁邊的客人就挨説了。430元一天。説實話，這兩天在延安很失望，服務業都是別人欠了錢的樣子，延安精神是什麼先放在一邊，延安態度我體會到了。
