非常愉快的一次入住體驗，位置離萬達廣場，胖東來天使城，高鐵東站都很近，打車也好划算呀，每趟五六塊錢，門口也有免費的小綠車可以騎行，所以出門還算方便的，另外裝潢看着比較新，看了看是21年年底開的業，保持的很好，可見平常是用心維持的，打掃衞生的阿姨也熱情，頭一天我説衹需要扔垃圾加兩瓶水，第二天天遇到就主動問我是否需要打掃衞生👍🏻，路過前台也是笑盈盈的問好，整體服務意識很好，點讚了！！

首先從酒店設施設備開始
酒店從進門開始，大廳就給人一種温馨的感覺，包括酒店大廳放的香薰也是非常好聞，進入房間，酒店的裝修風格也是非常獨特，設施設備也很完善
其次就是酒店人員的服務，特別誇讚就是前台人員的服務，在辦理入住期間，耐心為我們介紹房間的用品以及網絡，後期還為我們指導酒店附近的特別小吃，以及許昌景點遊玩的路線，非常感謝🙏
酒店有地上地下免費的停車場，所以停車也無需擔心，非常方便。
入住期間有任何需要前台服務人員都會及時送到，有一次性拖鞋，一次性馬桶墊，一次性浴缸套，非常貼心，必須給酒店大大的好評哦[愉快]

酒店的環境非常不錯，裝修風格獨特且時尚，地上地下都有免費的停車場，隔壁還有一箇中型超市，滿足日常所需沒問題，而且我們出來遊玩的，衣服都穿過直接放箱子裏也不舒服，他們這還可以免費洗衣服耶，不用自己去洗，洗好給我送回來，真真是不錯的，服務整體都令人印象深刻，工作人員始終周到細緻，給予我賓至如歸的感覺，無論是辦理入住手續還是提供訊息諮詢，他們總是迅速響應並提供幫助。這種熱情周到的服務態度真是讓人愉悦。

這個喜鵲愉家是住過的，所有喜鵲當中服務最好的，沒有之一，不管是打掃衞生的大姐，還是維修的工人，看到客人都會打招呼，問好，讓道，這一點他們做的太好了，入住該酒店特別有賓至如歸的感覺，前台的小姐姐，不管你再怎麼詢問，都是那麼耐心的為你解答，而且一直帶着微笑，不得不説，他們管理真的很好。房間雖然不大，但是佈局合理，床上用品也很乾凈，住的比較放心，推薦去感受一下他們的服務。
