環境極其差，房間門鎖不安全，沒有刷房卡就可以打開，房間沒有窗户，老闆強制解釋説廁所的排氣孔是窗户，廁所就在旁邊，廁所也很臭，密閉空間，在裏面根本呼吸不過來，住宿環境空間範圍小，進門就是床，沒有什麼活動範圍，一打開門一大股黴臭味，被子很臟，床上還有頭髮以及各種發黴的印記，詢問老闆時老闆強制解釋他洗過床單並且不進行更換，老闆態度極其惡劣，不同意我們先了解入住環境要求我們辦理入住，有問題不及時與我們調節還對我們進行言語攻擊，完全沒法入住，當因為環境太惡劣我們提出退房時老闆不處理，老闆不同意退款並且用語言辱罵我們，更好建議去實地進行考察實地選擇住宿，如果想住很差很臟的床鋪或者想找人吵架就可以選擇這家店鋪

非常差勁，旅客們一定要謹慎預訂，該店樓下是百貨店，樓是客房，客房又小又發黴，一旦預訂不管你住不住都不能退，已被旅客多次投訴。
