When we arrived at the hotel at 10 pm on the day of check-in, the boss said he was too busy and forgot to reserve the room. He even made up such a lie and pretended to be innocent and helpless. In the end, he sold us to the homestay next door. We were in a good mood to visit the beautiful Xinjiang, but this unscrupulous business has tarnished Xinjiang and cheated tourists from afar. We strongly request the government and major platforms to severely punish and ban such unscrupulous businesses. Only in this way can we create a win-win situation for tourists, honest and trustworthy businesses and Xinjiang's tourism industry! ! !
