I really like it. The sunshine is just right. You can sit in the living room and spend a day~~~ Get down from the station and take a few bus stops. There are car rentals downstairs, it is very convenient to go, and parking in the community is free, which is great 🤩

At first, I didn't comment on the new store and I was a little worried about the quality, but I liked the style too much and the price was right. I tried it. I didn't expect it to be unexpectedly good. The things inside are very new and the environment is super nice. It feels like going home. The point is that the location is really good. I gave some layout suggestions to the housekeeper. Next time I consider booking an extra night.

作為民宿已經非常不錯了，全自助入住，沒人打擾，也方便，LOFT結構3個房間，有客廳，廚房，3個衞生間，還有洗衣房等，對於全家出遊來説確實非常方便。所處地理位置也非常好，離網紅海鮮大排檔步行幾分鐘的路程，房間價格也便宜，性價比比較高

先説説不滿意的地方，17樓這衞生沒打掃好，馬桶還有尿沒沖就讓我們入住，打掃的阿姨態度也差，也沒提前告知熱水器非燃氣熱水器，需要電加熱燒水，10點開始大家洗澡，前幾個洗完後面在洗的人都冷水，大半夜等熱水到晚上12點才洗上。三個房間都不是床，而是榻榻米一樣的定製牀板，床墊太薄了，睡覺硌得慌，想多要一床被子説沒有，進門時阿姨強制客人穿他們的拖鞋，但這並不是一次性拖鞋，能看到黑色污漬！客廳居然沒有窗簾，大晚上的對面都能看到。再説説滿意的地方，地段可以，樓下吃飯地方多。小區停車方便，但需要收費的。

國慶出遊真的是各種擔憂，不過入住前民宿老闆提前給辦理了車子的停車手續，並且在我們9點多就給辦理了入住，讓我們疲憊的身軀能夠有個徹底的舒緩，給了一個很好的印象。
地理位置就在太康路，停車方便，旁邊就是各種海鮮大排檔，用餐選擇性超多。
三間房正好，還有洗衣機，電視上的視頻軟件應有盡有，衞生間有兩間，大家也不用排隊洗漱。
同性小夥伴很滿意哦👍

房東是個細節控，從清新的裝修到合理的佈局，從全新設施到乾淨的衞生，從漂亮的照片牆到留香的香水瓶，都是驚喜和滿意的住宿體驗。整套上下分兩層，樓上兩個卧室更是自帶獨立衞生間，樓下卧室更是寬敞，孩子長者都很容喜歡。
