房子不隔音，房東半夜莫名其妙敲房門，一個人樓梯説話4層樓都能聽到。洗漱馬桶不綳直身子都上不了，還有小寵物蒼蠅。衞生也可以説是極好的。而且用空調還要每晚再加20，高端。
